Thin walls along with a lot of noise (a family with kids close to us). The bigger bummer, no place to park at night. I had to park two blocks away.

The fact that it was not just two beds, but two beds and two baths. My daughter surely appreciated it!

The Rod Iron railing going up into property was very rickety and unstable .The property has a lot of potential but it does need a refresh .

I would’ve like if the rugs were cleaned from stains but more so if the windows were cleaned in room 17. It seemed like it’s been awhile since that’s been done.

I went to the office on our first night as the railing to the office is broken badly, the cement around the rail are broken! Dangerous! and it was raining. The older man in the office was rude after I told him about the railing. We also booked 3 nights and had to move from our favorite room as someone else had book that particular room! missing our breakfast. Other than that the sun came out and saved our stay.

Front desk person only there between 8-3. Needs a coat of paint. Railing by patio steps wobbly and needs repair.

My sister and I had separate rooms and comfortable beds. Great location... could walk to everything.

The room really wasn’t that clean. There was a ton of dust on the ceiling fans. The walls at some point had been repainted, but they didn’t cover over everything so it was multiple colors in some places. The hot water only lasted about 3 minutes and the water in the sink came out brown at one point.

This is our "go -to" hotel in Carmel. Great location with parking. We appreciate having the system for after hours check-in.

I found two things odd. I asked for a Queen room. I got a Queen room and a separate room with twin beds. Also, the room didn't have a closet.

The location was perfect, and the fact that the facility included free parking was great.

It was very nice - we had a very large room with a fireplace which was nice - it was upstairs so, very quiet. The Innkeeper was so friendly & nice - the minute we walked into the office he knew our name & made us feel so welcome & happy

Person who checked us in was a total weirdo! We arrived early after driving for two hours. Wouldn’t allow us to use a bathroom on site. My Mom is 80 years old with Dementia and walks with a cane ! He didn’t want to be bothered, interact etc. Then our rooms were up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. One of the stair rails was wobbly . There was dog poop in the back. Pillows were too soft.

Carmel on a budget. Easy parking, close to all the shops and restaurants. Two Queen beds in separate areas of the room with a door to close them off. Mini fridge and ceiling fan were helpful.

The location is perfect to walk in downtown carmel. Maybe a few extra pillows would be nice. Room 18 was Perfect! Loved the fireplace. We will stay again. This was my second time there and it was better.

The bathroom had mold around the tub. The rooms were not soundproof. The gentleman who checked us in and to whom we spoke one other time seemed grumpy and gruff the staff who was there in the morning was very pleasant. Cleaning staff was very nice as well. There were empty flower pots, unlike other places in the area.

Location was great. The size of the bedroom was large and comfortable. The floors were new.
