Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States-One out of the two night I didn’t have hot water in the shower. But the next time there was plenty enough for a nice hot shower. (FYI-I did switch rooms as I was there twice) -This is small but the lights are motion detected in the hallways so it’s really dark until you start getting the sensor lights. it makes walking to the room a little awkward as it’s always dark ahead. I recommend they get add some dim lighting to help people feel secure that no one is hiding in the dark.
A 2-3 minute walk to Larcomar mall where you can see the beautiful water. Big clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. The staff is nice- especially Moses at the reception. Hope you get to meet him. They held my bags when I went on a tour for a night and before I left. 24 hour room service - which is nice for nights you come back late for all day tours.

It’s great location, affordable, they store luggage, they have a courtyard to sit within the building, the staff is super nice- especially Moses at the reception. They have 24 hour room service which is nice when coming back from a late tour. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. And they have AC.

Our deluxe double room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathtub had jets that helped our weary muscles after hiking the Inca Trail. Breakfast was really good, I especially liked the made-to-order omelets. The staff were also very helpful.

United StatesI do not have even one critique. I loved this hotel! I suppose it can be a little loud considering that it's in the middle of the city.
I rented a room with a giant jacuzzi and considering that it had a living room, hallway and a giant attached room with a king size bed, it was a great deal. The room was spotless, the staff beyond friendly, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. I will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.
