No hooks in the rooms and the closet was small with just three hangars. It was fine for me but it would have been harder if there had been two of us. Hooks are handy.

Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful flowering plants throughout the hotel. Helpful staff. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Great views of the ruins and sacred mountains from the rooftop terrace.

The staff at Intitambo hotel was unbelievably kind and accommodating. We had a lot of early morning tours and they made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Ollantaytambo was the first destination on our trip and couldn't be happier for starting off here.

Location is a bit hard to access with heavy luggage - you have to climb some steep steps to get up hill from where taxi can dropp you off.

both times we arranged a taxi with the hotel we had difficulties (the first time the taxi was there but he didn’t have our name, just the hotel) the second time the taxi was late (stuck in traffic we believe). We would still stay there again though and the taxi prices were good and drivers good, so would book a taxi again with them.

Wonderful room, garden, breakfast, very helpful staff, and amazing views from all points on the property. A nice, quiet location, which is not especially common in the touristy parts of Peru. I don't know for sure, but I think we may have booked the best lodging in Ollantaytambo.

Excellent choice for Ollantaytambo, great location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff that arranged taxis etc for us. Room might feel a bit chilly, but certainly not under the blankets. Only problem was the roosters waking you up at 5-6 am, but not the hotels fault!

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street, 3min from the center. you can reach everything in no time. the place is quiet, clean and surprisingly not cold! The rooms are really nice and the people are incredible. They helped me with all my questions and gave me superb advice for hiking in the surrounding mountains. Not to mention, that the breakfast is outstandingly good! This so far has been the best stay on my journey in Peru!! So if you want to stay some days in Ollantaytambo.. this is the place!

The view is amazing, hotel area beautiful. Nice staff. There is even a bluetooth speaker in the roof which you can use.

The host was beyond kind. The place was extremely clean and my family loved it! We visited with my grandma's, parents and brother and they were impressed by the cleaningness and the hospitality of Elsa (the owner). Staff were friendly and organised a taxi to pick us up from the station with our bags and drive us back to Cusco. They had nice mini pancakes at breakfast

The windows in our room led to the hallway and a shared courtyard which meant light and noise streamed into our room with early risers and late nighters.

Comfortable beds and great views from the roof balcony. The concierge Miriam was very helpful in organizing a tour of Moray and Maras as well as transporting our luggage to Cusco while we travelled to Aguascalientes. Good coffee at breakfast.
