The hotel is really well located, right near the main Plaza. It was surprisingly quiet, taken in consideration the location of the hotel ( the windows isolated well the noise) The staff was extremely helpful. They took care of our luggages during our trip to Machu Picchu.

As the hotel is located right in the corner of Plaza de Armas, could be a little bit noisy at night, but still tolerable.

Excellent location in the main Cusco square. 1st floor bar on the corner of the main square. Comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were very helpful.

Space was a bit tight, and one room had a waste water like smell coming out of the sink.

Location is hard to beat, and the staff is going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodate your needs. Reasonably good value for the money.

The concierge staff weren't as friendly as in some hotels, but ok, did a reasonable job. This hotel doesn't pretend to be anything more than 3 star, and I think it had lots of character and was good value, that made it special.

The location was excellent, my room was quiet and had lots of character, I enjoyed the breakfast room and balcony (excellent) and the rooftop. The staff were fine. The hotel met all my expectations

the location was excellent, it was right on the main square of Cusco, very close to where the Machu Picchu buses leave in the morning. The staff was great and although the rooms were a little small, they were clean, comfortable and quiet.

It was perfectly located in the town center, there is noise that comes with a location like this, if you are a light sleeper consider that, but we liked being apart of the action! The first day we missed the breakfast due to leaving early, but the second day they were able to make the breakfast very fast for us and it was fresh and Delicious!

Loud tourists! Not the hotel's fault and they moved us to room we liked better.

When we moved to room away from road we liked it. Original room had better view but loud tourists at night. Liked the breakfast buffet a lot. Plenty of choices. Altitude sickness tea was very helpful. Nice to be right on the plaza

View from street side was nice but way too loud. Someone was singing in the street until very late. Car horns at all times of day. I was much happier when we switched to the other side of the hotel

I liked our room on the quiet side of the hotel even though it did not have a view. Excellent location, included breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Clean room, good shower pressure. Free water was a nice touch.

If you plan to sleet till after 6am, chose and internal room because the Church bell starts ringing at 6am and doesn't stop for a long period. Also, as you will be in the center of the city there is a lot movement and traffic till late, specially in the weekend. The doors block most of the noise, but...

Location is great. Very central. Staff are very kind. The room is comfortable, bed is gread. Great shower, very good pressure. Very good breakfast. They have a system of day use, so for a lower price I could extend my last day till 5pm. We asked for a room with a view and we got it. And it was beautiful.

Another room we stayed has only interior window so view and ventilation are not good.

Excellent location. We had two rooms, and one room has the balcony and the nice view to the street. This is bless as you can feel the vibration of the city life. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast buffet and you can sit on a small terrace to view the plaza. The rooftop has nice view of the plaza and the city.
