very clean, beds made everyday. fried eggs one day, scrambled the next and then pancakes! fruit/coffee/cheese/ham!

The sheets seemed dirty at first, and while cleaned, do seem to be old and worse for wear. They do seem to be washed, but they do have stains that are indicative that the sheets are old.

Staff was very amenable. They were willing to change the sheets when requested, provide early breakfast in the form of fruit given my very early 3 AM tour the following day, and let me leave my travel bag with them at no extra charge so that I could pick up in the afternoon. Rooms were spacious. Warm water was available.

Very thin windows and walls. During the four nights that we stayed we were woken up multiple times during each night because of arriving guests, barking dogs, etc.

Great location (short walk to Plaza de Armas) and not up a huge hill which is a bonus for Cusco, friendly staff and good breakfast. Decent sized rooms and most importantly, hot water! Would definitely recommend to others.

A really comfortable stay here. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the location was excellent, only a short stroll into the centre of Cusco. Great value for money too!!

Low doors but me being from the country with on average the tallest people might not help. Shower is tricky in terms of warmth. Sometimes hot and sometimes cold. It's in a bit of a back alley which is a bit gross.

The bed was really good! Loved hoe accomodatingnthe staff was.

Only thing was shower was cold one morning before an early tour, but otherwise had many hot showers so was probably just the time of day! Didn't really affect the stay!

Amazing location. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, hot water. Think it was cleaned every day! Nice and quiet compared to most hostels due to being down a side street and rooms not being off a central courtyard like others in Peru. TV was nice for relaxing. Breakfast was great. All staff were very helpful 24/7. Also laundry service very easy. Definitely recommend this hostel if you are staying in Cusco.

Personell was very nice! The room was beautiful and clean. We could even watch netflix in our room on the tv screen! Breakfast was also very nice. This hostel is perfect if you want to relax a bit! Hostel is located at a street where no cars are allowed, which is perfect for you rest. Would recommend this to everyone!

I had a partial view of the city and a partial view of the hotel next door...but still managed to catch the sunrise over the mountain each morning :D

Everything is fabulously maintained.... clean and great service. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super amable. I liked my double room with plenty of space.

Very little hot water. The night manager was very rude and impatient. The manager mentioned fruit for an early breakfast--there was nothing. I booked 2 nights after my trek but when I returned to the hostel there was no room for me. I was VERY tired and not happy. I quickly booked another nearby hostel. Then the manager mentioned another place he owned. I had just booked another place so I told him no. He was very unhappy with me. Anyway, I would never stay there again.

I would change the main light fixtures in the rooms to some warmer light (now it feel bit like on a hospital). Also blackout curtains would be good to block the light from the street.

Amazing place to stay in Cusco for the given price. Very helpful staff and clean nice rooms with comfortable beds. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was very good (although I would some tomatoes or cucumbers). Great location too!

The dogs barking at night could be an issue for light sleepers. The shower took a while for hot water but understandable given the location as its tough to have hot water given the altitude of cusco and the location is in old town.

Fantastic place to stay. Amenities are clean. Morning breakfast was great. Staff is polite and tries to help in whatever way possible. Location can be a bit challenging if you have lot of bags as the car cannot drop you at the doorstep as the road is extremely narrow. I didnt have many bags so I was fine. Very clean rooms. Netflix in the room is great for relaxing and the room has a great feel.
