The rooms aren’t sound proofed so it can get a little loud. When on the bottom floor, you can clearly hear people on the floor above moving around. Also the street noise can be heard at times

In the first room the shower gel did not work, it was very very loud from the corridor and we did not rest well. In the second room there was mold in the bathroom and I well was very loud noise.

The staff is nice and pleasant, the breakfast was nice with fresh fruits and other options to choose from. We used the laundry service and was good and fast.

The double bed was a little bit small for 2 people. The bar staff are very nice but can be a little slow with drinks sometimes.

Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, it’s like a peaceful oasis when you come off the busy street outside. Lots of places to sit and relax. Helpful and nice staff - from the staff on reception to the cleaners and bar staff, everyone is very pleasant and smiley. Good location with a minute walk to the San Pedro Market, and 5-10 mins walk to the centre of town. There’s also a chemist next door and a supermarket nearby which is really useful. There’s a room next to reception which has an oxygen tank and cocoa tea for if you suffer from any altitude sickness like I did! Good value for money.

The dining room at breakfast was cold - warm jumper needed. The ceiling to the room/corridor above was thin. It was often quite noisy overhead when other guests were moving about. Not helpful when they were leaving very early in the morning!

Lovely room with pleasant garden setting. Very tranquil. Staff very helpful throughout stay and check in very professional and efficient. Excellent central location for the main sights in Cusco, right opposite the market and the main square/restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Restaurant didn't offer half of the items on their menu for lunch or dinner. Much better to go to the city center for 5 star dining options at excellent prices.

This location is actually a working Monastery and school. I saw Nuns and children quietly coming and going in the mornings which was actually a high light for me. This hotel is directly next to The Church of San Pedro and across the street is a large outdoor market with everything you can imagine. A good walking distance to city center, museums, churches and fine dining. Breakfast was good, a nice selection. The massages at the spa were very nice for the price.

Just bear in mind some descriptions might not be exactly as what you’d expect in the UK. For example mini bar is located in the restaurant not in the room. Some windows have frosted glass so you can’t see the view!

The location is brilliant. You are just across the street from the market and a short. Walk to the main Plazaz.

Breakfast was pretty poor, things ran out and we're not topped up. Scrambled eggs looked grey and unappealing. Had to resort to cheese on toast each morning, until the toaster disappeared🤔Coffee machine stopped working and was not replaced. Can be very noisy with the wooden floors as people leave for tours/hikes very early in the morning. We could hear a washing machine running at all times day and night on the floor below us. The whole place feels quite worn and tired.

No window that can open, no AC. No isolation to the outside so all noises can be heard. Breakfast very basic at best.

Opening hours of the restaurant and bar were short. So we have to go out for diner or luinch

We were super happy. So no remarks. I loved the location. You step out of the door and you are there were the action is. Market, Square and so on. If you want to feel Peru / Cusco,...go there..!!
