Hot water in the shower took 20 minutes to turn Luke warm. (not something i would expect at this level of niceness everywhere else) The Internet didn't work in my room

Very clean hotel and is in a good location. Approx a 15-min walk to the Plaza or a taxi charge of approx US$2. All staff were polite and helpful when you asked for help, always with a smile! The breakfast was excellent. The ladies in the dinning room were so accommodating when you needed anything for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was always available. Heating is provided at night. Very comfortable beds. An elevator is available.

Next door, there's a restaurant which has a music show/parties. It was loud from the room on Saturday night, but only lasted until about 10pm, so it wasn't an issue.

Our room was bright, clean, and spacious. The staff was fantastic. We appreciated Alfred's recommendations, and one of the other staff members hooked us up with a wonderful walking tour guide. The location is not in the middle of everything, but it was easy enough to walk up to the main part of town and to San Blas (with a little hill training included). It was fun watching the sapphire wing hummingbird every morning from the breakfast room.

Located just off the main street with convenient access to restaurants and banks. Lewis was especially helpful in clearing up my reservations to Machu Picchu. They even fixed a lunch bag to go!

Honestly, this hotel was perfect for me.

The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. However, Saska goes the extra mile by preparing, if request the night before, your breakfast on a travel bag if you go on a tour very early in the morning.

The staff was friendly, helpful, stored our luggage for us when we had a late flight and accommodated flight changes due to illness. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and they filled our water bottles for each day's excursions. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport.

Shower water temperature was difficult to control. No matter what setting it was on, it was fluctuating from very hot to cold. It took a long time to complete the shower. Also, the heating system is not always working, but staff brought us an extra heater, and that solved our problem

wifi didn’t work in my room, had to go outside on the balcony for little signal or down in the lobby or breakfast area to get sufficient signal.
