Amazing suite with finally a real king size bed! The jacuzzi bath was amazing too. Friendly and polite staff and great breakfast.

We loved our stay here it was beautiful and the rooms naturally warm. It was close the the main hub around 5-7 mins walking and all the staff were very helpful and kind.

Small outside window in the bedroom, a bathtub, a refrigerator and an electric kettle, coca lives in the room, a bath robe. Lots of natural light through skylights in the morning, day time. Excellent breakfast, staff

Really huge beautiful room with amazing spa bath. Amazing coffee at breakfast. Quiet at night despite central location. Friendly staff and good laundry service.

Perfect location, quick walk to the main sites with plenty of food options near by. The room was very clean and a super soft bed. Breakfast was great and reception / all staff very friendly . Despite its close location to sites it’s very quiet with a lovely Court yard to relax in with free tea available 24/7. This place exceeded my expectations and highly recommend. 5/5 stars!

everything! the room is spacious clean and tastefully decorated there is welcome drink area you can make coffee tea. and good selection of breakfast the hotel court yard is beautiful and full of characters stuff is helpful and communication is very good too

Modern lobby with very cute traditional courtyards to enjoy off the busy streets of Cusco. Staff were friendly and accommodating even packing us a breakfast for our train trip without request. I had food poisoning from the day before and it was a lovely quiet place to recover.

the stuff on that hotel is amazing. so kind and helpful- when ever I needed something they make it happen. my son was sick- I was looking for rice for him and they made special for him although the restaurant was closed. this is one of the most best hotel I have ever been.
