One of the main reasons to book the hotel was the in-house restaurant with the idea that we could relax and not go out to eat after long days of hiking. unfortunately the restaurant was closed as not many tourists were visiting. our room itself was pretty dark (as windows were on the side of shower/ sink and not the bed) - I would suggest some more bright lights to add to the bigger rooms. also we found some ants next to the hot tub crevices.

We stayed in Tambo Del Arriero for a week in the double deluxe room (with hot tub). the room was massive, comfortable beds and toilet / shower / hot tub worked perfectly fine - it was much needed after all the day tours and hikes around the region. the staff is courteous and we’re readily available to help. breakfast was good, they even went out of their way to get oat milk for us for coffee. I got a early 2023 discount to book the place, so with the discounted price this turned out to be a great stay!

They were a little inflexible when trying to modify the reservation following the transport strike in Cusco.

Amazing suite with finally a real king size bed! The jacuzzi bath was amazing too. Friendly and polite staff and great breakfast.

We loved our stay here it was beautiful and the rooms naturally warm. It was close the the main hub around 5-7 mins walking and all the staff were very helpful and kind.

No wifi signals in the bedroom. Wifi in the living room only. Only deem lighting in the living room, impossible to read, I have to use a headlamp.

our room was fine, but could definitely use a little sprucing up. Little things like adding a headboard to the bed instead of a bare wall would go a long way.
