Hot water handle was mislabeled as cold in shower - a simple sign would have made the experience much easier.

The location was great - easy access to shops and restaurants and the beach. Great for long walks! Also there was always hot water and the breakfast was varied each day - we really enjoyed it. Great value for money all round!

The breakfast buffet was a little lackluster though the fruit was very fresh. There was only a couple of hot options. If you didn't like those, you only had dinner rolls with bread/jam/ham/cheese.

Location was walking distance from the main sites of Miraflores, which was great and the room was a great size for my family of 4. The shower was great as well -- excellent pressure and temperature.

only issue was only one receptionist as we came to check in and the couple checking in ahead of us took an extremely long time.

staff was very helpful, and helped search for our baby’s missing toy piece until we found it in the room. they also provided us with to go breakfasts when we had an early flight departure.

Our room was on the third floor and we didn't have access to elevator. It was difficult to climb all the stairs after a long day of walking.

This hotel is highly recommended for family travellers. The location is very close to the main attraction in Lima named Miraflores park. It offers awesome view of the coast and surrounding location. The staff are nice and friendly and the hotel is clean. The family room was big and clean. The breakfast is also very good with many options to choose from.

We’ve stayed twice now and the second time our room was much smaller and the bathroom very small. So ask for a room not by the lift if that bothers you.

Noise isolation is poor: the windows are thin and are not sealed so you hear every movement in street bellow. The bath arrangement is not comfortable and shower's floor is slippery. No coffee set in the room

Great location in Miraflores that has many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Front desk staff were always helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and all facilities were exceptionally clean.

The hotel was very particular before our arrival about having the exact number of people in the right rooms (we had 3 rooms and 8 people); so I accommodated by canceling and remaking reservations. Upon arrival, they actually gave us (and charged us) 2 of the wrong rooms. Didn't quite realize it until after having paid, and they were not very accommodating in refunding Otherwise the staff was quite nice and helpful!!! And I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Great boutique style hotel in the most quaint part of Miraflores. Water filling stations, clean rooms, safe neighborhoods with great restaurants. Good breakfast.

This was the first hotel we stayed in that the room was very big. It had heat & air conditioning. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious. Staff very helpful. Updated and modern. Very pretty courtyard. They had a water filtration system. Great price for what you get.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location was great to be able to get around down to the ocean to nearby towns to shopping but yet it was very quiet. For a Solo traveler the room was big enough everything was complete in the room they even brought me a refrigerator so that I could keep things cold it had heat when I needed it and I was very satisfied with the overall expectations of my room

I loved the atmosphere and design, the location was great. The rooms were so comfortable, I slept so well on the beds. And it had a lovely view. The staff accommodated our needs perfectly.

Our room was facing inner courtyard, thus not much of breeze coming in. The room smelled of mold. Also, very early in the morning we were woken up by sounds & smells coming from kitchen that was downstairs.

The staff was acommodating for our early check in request, and overall, it's a good place in a peaceful area of Miraflores. Everything was clean, there's an elevator.
