Some of our trip pickups like rainbow mountain won’t pick you up from in front of the hotel because there’s not really “street access”. Ubers will pick you up and the meeting point for tourist vans is about a 3minute walk. Not a big deal

The garden is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and you can have a great view of the city. Breakfast is really nice. Great value for the money. Location is nice and quite 10min away from the main plaza.

Had a great stay at Tika Casi in Cusco. Perfectly located, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast delicious. Our Queen room had amazing views. Definitely recommend it!

The staff a super friendly and helpful, especially Julieta and Juliana on reception. Beds and pillows very comfy too n good shower with hot water and hood pressure (not always the case in Peru) Also great garden with lots of sitting areas and hammocks.

We had a little trouble getting picked up for tours being on a small street but the main square was only a short stroll away and it was very easy to get picked up from there

A beautiful stay! Great location in Cusco, the staff were wonderful and facilities were great. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and will definitely be back. Fantastic vibes and such a beautiful property with lovely views.

The receptionist was very kind explained me how to fight with the height sickness,bed was very comfortable , breakfast very tasty and they kept my luggage for an extra day while I was on a tour! Thanks

All was great.

Huge and interesting room overlooking the garden and a fantastic view of the city and the iconic "Viva Peru" sign on the hill. Set in the boho San Blas area, you can reach the hotel with bags via taxi and easily walk to and from the city within minutes whilst enjoying the independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafe's. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area (I found the whole city a safe place). The breakfast is a continental buffet that has cereal, eggs, ham, fruit, pancakes and excellent coffee.

Great place! I stayed here for several nights with my 4-year-old son and it was the perfect place for us: close to the city center and lots of restaurants, nice garden with hammocks in the backyard, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The service / staff was exceptional and extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionists (Yuliana, Krissy, Julieta, Julia, Mery and Ivan) speak good English and helped us a lot (even with dealing with the airline because of our lost luggage).

Very pretty garden area where you can chill and have a view of Cusco . Modern rooms are very bright , stylish and well furbished . Clean with comfortable beds . Nice breakfast area . Overall an attractive hotel . Super friendly , helpful and efficient staff . Chris on day duty was always super professional , quick to assist and informative to any inquiry I had . And always with a smile . Highly recommended.
