I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. Several things were broken in our room. I notified the front desk & they took care of it. The rooms are a bit run down. The pool was freezing. Check in isn't till 4pm which is a bit late especially since check out is at 11am. They were unable to extend our check out till noon.

The hotel price & location were great. The staff were quick to help.

The wi fi in the bedroom was poor The main light in the bedroom stopped working in the second day

The apartment was spacious, the bed very confortable and it was quiet. The pool was also nice.

The linens, both bathroom and bedroom, were not soft and did not smell fresh. I've been told this happens after repeated bleaching and it was very evident particularly with the towels. The TV service must be satellite as the few times I had it on, the picture would pixelate randomly for a few seconds. I have seen this happen at a friend's house who had satellite service, was kind of annoying. The breakfast was very good but the cost was over $20 with tip and thats a bit pricey for breakfast when most hotels provide a similar layout for free.

The room was clean and neat, bathroom was very clean and had plenty of shampoo and soap which was good as I had forgotten to bring my fave travel versions. Buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh and the host was very pleasant. Wifi worked very well, was good enough for me to work and also to download 4K videos to my iPad to watch on my plane ride back home.

The retro styled room. Outside of the room was fully renovated, but inside have a motel feel. Also, the lack of notice about the additional holding fee .

I understand the hotel has had some struggles, so it's not perfect. However, the common areas - mainly hallways were not kept clean. I noticed the same trash on the ground for a couple days in a row. Our actual room was clean, so I did appreciate that. Also, the mattresses really need upgraded.

This is a great location with friendly staff. We have family nearby, so this makes for a convenient place to stay during visits.

My first night was fine the second night I was too close to the pool and someone decided to have a party so while my family cannot enjoy the pool after 5:00 since it was so packed. The guest were blasting music so loud we could hear it in our room. Also, there was clothes left under the bed from the previous guess we left it in the corner so housekeeping could get it.

There was a group of teenagers that were running around till 2 AM in the morning. Normally it wouldn't of bothered me however, I was sleeping on the pull out sofa and I could hear it Rez if I was in the room with the bed, I could've shut the door, not heard it.

They need a good deep cleaning of the facility.. dust in all the vents, on the lights.. even the trash cans were dirty. Tried to check out their fitness center which probably hasn’t seen a soul in awhile because there were dust and bugs. The pool area had towels everywhere

The beds ( mattresses need replaced they were wore out it's like sleeping directly on the coil springs, also no complimentary breakfast and at over $150.00 a night there should be more for the cost

The night guy never informed the day staff about my wake-up call, so I did not receive it. I wouldn’t have needed it, but had left my phone in the car. Shower pressure was not great, with small shower head. I was very surprised about that. Also expensive, but I suppose the superior and very new facility was the reason.

The place is exceptionally clean and the reception staff are almost all top notch. The bed was super comfy with unusually good quality linens. The room really is a suite with a kitchen. No plastic cups, only real glasses. I would have loved to stay longer. Parking area felt super safe. Restaurants and stores galore nearby.
