Cleaners kept taking my towels without replacing them with new ones. Room had a TV, but no remote. Room did not have a window, which was not mentioned at time of reservation.

We have been surprised by the lack of glass windows, as indicated: there were wooden frames and once we opened them: there was no glass. Though I need to say: it didn't make the experience anything less enjoyable, it was just surprising.

The place with most serene porch during my journey through Peru, just sitting there enjoying the Cusco sun was a bliss. But more onto the topic: the personnel has been extremely helpful and accomodating, especially since we arrived prior the official chek-in time, after the night journey with a bus. The room was really nice, though what was surprising: when we opened wooden window frames there was no glass frame (surprising in comparison to our experiences), though it wasn't an obstacle. Since it was chilly - we had in the room a heater, which turned out to be useful:) Generally - highly recommend:)

There was no kettle available to have in our room, so we were constantly going to lobby to get hot water. Not a deal breaker just a personal preference as we like to have hot tea and instant coffee a lot.

Friendly staff, excellent location, & comfortable, clean rooms with lots of nice common areas to also enjoy. Breakfast was simple but a nice start to each day .

Noisy. Walls are thin. I had a room on the outside of the building so had constant traffic noise. The window in the bathroom was an open space which was fine, except for the exhaust from the cars.

Location is great; however not the best. Cars are constantly honking, which does not allow people to sleep peacefully. Car honking would be constant throughout the day and as early as 2AM. The beds are a little too hard/firm. The pillows are not enough (2); one was hard and one was too soft.

We had higher expectations for the rooms and bed comfort based on the photos and other comments on the website. I've never had such an early check-out time.

Breakfast had many tasty options, the common areas are very delightful and make you feel like in an Encanto movie. Location is very good, near the main Plaza.

The shower rose was split so flow was awkward. No bathmat on the return stay, no time to ask. No water available but tea available in courtyard. Breakfast was ok.

My stay was so nice that checking out at 9 am, seemed too early. However, they accomdated my request to sit in their beautiful sunlit courtyard for an extra hour.. Fabulous and relaxing. Gracias.

The room I was in was over the kitchen, so very early in the morning I was woken by chatting and the sounds of blenders/ pots and pans! Having said that I was in UK time so I was sleeping lightly at that time.

Location is ideal, right in the heart of Cusco. Very helpful staff. The wifi is OK in the open courtyard but the lovely thick stone walls means it is not good in the rooms. Breakfast has many options.

It was uncomfortable finding out our bathroom window was connected to the kitchen/hotel workers area. Staying next to the front door was lousy at times with people knocking what sounded like the front door of the hotel.

Reception is not 24 hours, only a non-English speaking attendant sleep overnight at the crouches near the reception. Not much helpful when you have to go out early by pickup for some day trips. Intermitten hot shower water. Be prepared that water suddenly came as a period of cold shock right after you're done with you shampoo!

Location is perfect, very close to town centre. Has Netflix at room.

The staff especially Angela were very nice and kind..Angela was extremely patient in answering all my questions, helped me book a tour and was just great overall.. The top scores for this hotel is mainly for its staff, breakfast and proximity to the main plaza..

The room was on the side, small and very dark. Compared to other properties in the area, it is not value for money. You can find a similar room in a similar property at half the price.

The only downside was the lack of block out blinds on the windows / sky light! Though this seems to be the standard around Peru.

My room was really dark, was hard to see with only the little lights turned on. The bathroom also smelled a bit funky after a day.

The breakfast was amazing, and the location was great too. My room was a bit tucked away, so noise wasn’t a problem either.
