the only thing we had an issue with was, when we returned after 11pm from a meal, the doors were locked and it took over 10 minutes for someone to reply, obviously the streets are narrow and can be a bit intimidating. so would be nice to get in straight away.

it’s beautiful, understated, so the a lovely open courtyard. walked in tired from trekking across the mountains and was welcomed with a smile and a cup of tea/-)

The mattress and towels could be improved.

I enjoyed the fresh coffee every morning. The room was a good size and we particularly enjoyed the interesting heater hanging from the wall. The location was great for a cooking class we took in Calle San Juan de Dios and it was near Plaza de Armas. We walked to various cool places/activities from there.

The only thing i didnt like was the live music, after a long day of hiking you want to rest and the music made it difficult. Also, the second room we booked was very very hot, compared to the first.

Support from stAff was great! Breakfast was good and the server extremely helpful. We had 2 different reservations and they left us leave our luggage while we went to machu picchu.

Shower pressure could not be adjusted but it was lovely hot water.

Music on for 2 days from 6:30 to 9 pm. Rooms are too close to the music if you want to turn in earlier.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean hotel. Excellent live music on some days. Good decent breakfast.

They should offer breakfast starting at 5:30am. We missed the breakfast because it was a at 6:00am and the bagged breakfast was not good.

They pick us up from airport. They took care of us with the height issues.

Minor thing but rooms on the ground floor on the edge of the courtyard will get the noise from the fountain all night (which is surprisingly loud depending where you are). Our room also had a light outside the door which we couldn't fully cover with the curtains so was quite bright at night. We are heavy sleepers so didn't bother us too much!

Staff were extremely helpful and always available. Free coca tea and other drinks in the lobby. Free service to leave luggage for multiple days (we used this when we went on the Inca trail) for 4 days. Location was excellent, good walking distance to Plaza de Armas and close to a local market, quiet area but felt very safe. The hotel had double booked us for our stay when we returned from the Inca trail and had to put us in a room with a double bed. They made sure to put us in a very good room with a King size bed and also gave us late check-out and a free airport transfer! Couldn't be more apologetic and did what they could to make it up to us, really appreciated this

Breakfast : Cold meat like ham, cheese should keep in cool container then keep it fresh. I tasted meat turning bad and had gastroenteritis when I left.

No complaints. Staffs are very friendly. I woke up early morning around 4 am to join tours. They kindness to give u a packed breakfast & drinks to go with me. For security, they lock main door when in night.

There was an electrical problem the first night we got there that woke us up around 7am. A day which I was planning on using to rest was ruined by beeping from the fridge as the electricity was coming in and out of the room. The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated but it met our needs.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the fast internet and the breakfast. It was well located near the San Pedro market which made it easy to go get food when necessary. It was a good distance from the plaza de armas and helped us get to know the city via walking.

a little bit over price .

at the beginning I doubted about location but is a perfect location , in a quiet area . loved the market San Pedro , main plaza is only 2 blocks away . the best of the hotel is the staff Jimmy and Andy very helpful, courteous, with excellent manners, without Jimmy and Andy the Hotel would not be the same definitely.
