Not related to the hotel personnel, the facilitator of the seminar booked 4 persons in a room which made the stay very uncomfortable.

There were lots of mosquitoes, so we were not able to sleep. We were supposed to stay 3 days and 2 nights, but we left on the 2nd night. Please put window screens since guests would open the window when they do not use the aircon.

The booking does not include nearly everything. For example, you may be charged for additional pillows or towels. The parking is also extremely steep. Every time we climbed up the parking area, I said a lot of prayers to save us and get through it.

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant food is great. I travel with a big group and this place has a parking lot enough for us. The room is also big and the bed is comfy. it also has great internet access.

Staff were no as polite as I would have liked. Some say it’s a Chinese style hotel and have to agree.

The restaurant did not have authentic Chinese cooking. Very disappointing.

There needs to be a better indication as to which phone number to ring for which cafe for room service. 1010 is for one . It should have on the menu clearly that orders for Philippines food must be in by 6pm. You should be able to order and pay for food at the cafe on the ground level. Unless you order the day before it’s a 30 mins wait after ordering. I enjoyed 4 meals in two weeks from the hotel. It was easier to walk down to Route 55 restaurant & I did many times.

I liked the location, the view, the staff, the gym & layout of the room 8311 & 8313.

When we arrived nothing was open as it was a Sunday. I had asked for a little attention for my wife as we were on honeymoon but no consideration was given. Very bad form. Tv reception was terrible. It's on top of a big hill so not good for elderly people. which isn't advertised.

Room was good size. Good view. Had a kettle. Good water pressure in shower. Hot water in sink tap.

The carpets in the hallway where not clean, also there is loud music in the center square of the building, so if unlike a quiet experience u should definitely have an outside pointed room.

Really only issue I had there is only 1 elevator the waiting for it everytime got a little ridiculous.

Old charm, great staff and the resto had some good food choices and excellent chef.
