Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThere were lots of mosquitoes, so we were not able to sleep. We were supposed to stay 3 days and 2 nights, but we left on the 2nd night. Please put window screens since guests would open the window when they do not use the aircon.

PhilippinesThe booking does not include nearly everything. For example, you may be charged for additional pillows or towels. The parking is also extremely steep. Every time we climbed up the parking area, I said a lot of prayers to save us and get through it.

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant food is great. I travel with a big group and this place has a parking lot enough for us. The room is also big and the bed is comfy. it also has great internet access.

AustraliaThere needs to be a better indication as to which phone number to ring for which cafe for room service. 1010 is for one . It should have on the menu clearly that orders for Philippines food must be in by 6pm. You should be able to order and pay for food at the cafe on the ground level. Unless you order the day before it’s a 30 mins wait after ordering. I enjoyed 4 meals in two weeks from the hotel. It was easier to walk down to Route 55 restaurant & I did many times.
I liked the location, the view, the staff, the gym & layout of the room 8311 & 8313.

IrelandWhen we arrived nothing was open as it was a Sunday. I had asked for a little attention for my wife as we were on honeymoon but no consideration was given. Very bad form. Tv reception was terrible. It's on top of a big hill so not good for elderly people. which isn't advertised.
