We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCouldn't use my MONZO credit card so I had to use my normal credit card which I was charged exchange fee.... As I booked with Monzo which is a debit card the money was taken out and took 14days for refund. I think they should refuse the card on booking rather then at the Hotel.
The Hotel was very nice with friendly staff. The room which we booked were amazing. The cleaning staff were very good and gave us extra bottle of water as it was very Hot. The roof top bar and swimming area which turned into party hub at night was amazing, totally rate the experience.

AustraliaA fantastic hotel which gives a holiday inside the hotel. The staff are amazing and helpful. Shopping Mall is walking distance. Two large swimming pools. A great party bar on the top level. Rooms are great. Best hotel in Angeles by a long margin. Can be a party hotel or relaxing hotel all in one.

GreeceFriday night the music stops at 3 am ,i dnt know if it was from another room or from aqua club . I expect the room a little bit better. Also they ask me for deposit...we are in 2024 .I dnt really understand the reason for that .Reminds 20s decade .
The location was ok .Near walking street .the club upstairs is very good ,i always love this place.The staff was great .Wifi was really fast and in general it was a good choice ,I recomend this for the people who want a little bit more facilities.i almost forgot the massage was great and value for money .The food was good for Phillipines.
