We stayed here before, we came back this year, and will hopefully return again in the future. Mama and Papa are super nice and friendly people, willing to help in any way they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are clean, Julie prepares a delicious breakfast every morning and Barry also made fish BBQ for us while we were there. I defintely recommend the place

Julie and Barry are beloved couple and an excellent hosts. It was great to spend some time with them on a little chat on every topic. Thanks to them our stay on Mahe was amazing ❤️ we felt like at home. Julie prepares delicious breakfasts and Barry's dinners are just excellent. As per the home - very spacious room with wide and very comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom with everything needed, excellent big balcony with nice relaxing view. Location is rather south but well managable with bus as the stop is nearby, also grocery store is close. PS. Polish ppl if you stay here - please bring some Wedel chocolate for Julie and Barry :)

Both Julie and her husband were amazing hosts. We spent morning at breakfast talking about life in Seychelles and abroad. They advised us about many things which is appreciated. Our stay at the apartment with the warm-hearted owners was an unforgettable experience. Their hospitality and care made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. One of the major advantages is the proximity to the bus stop, shop, cash mashine, beautiful beaches in the south and the best takeaway restaurant in Mahe. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a friendly atmosphere and comfortable accommodation! Thanks Mama for your perfect hospitality and the best crepes with banana jam! Thanks Papa for the pleasant conversations about life, the world and travels. We love your way of beeing!!! :) PS ask Mama about the guy who can take you everywhere as a tour guide! He can also take you to the airport. Good price and such a nice person in the same time!

I would like to express my gratitude to Mom and Dad for their hospitality. The house is very cozy, with a terrace, kitchen, and inner courtyard that create a comfortable atmosphere. The hosts treated us to freshly cut coconuts, creating an incredible atmosphere of warmth and care. The breakfasts were delicious, with options like eggs and toast or omelets and pancakes in the morning. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, but I recommend taking a car to reach all the beautiful beaches in Seychelles. Everything was very enjoyable.

We loved the architecture of the house and the amazing garden. The room is well sized, having spacious wardrobes and a fridge. Mama and Papa (the hosts) made us feel like a family member and after a day of adventures discovering the beautiful island they welcomed us back with a big smile, always ready to invite us for a nice chat and a fresh coconut, sharing true conversations about the history of the island or the big questions of life, truly creating a personal bond and making our stay better. They also helped us in practicalities eg. arranging rental car.

Detailed rating: 11 points/10 Mom and Papa are as warm people as family. The facility is extremely atmospheric and colonial. The cleanliness of the facility is perfect, you can eat off the floor. Mama Julie and Papa Barry are amazing hosts. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was super-clean. A comfortable large room, a big bathroom with a good shower, great and delicious fresh prepared breakfasts with different kinds of fruits. If you stay in Julie's home you will be treated like at home.

Water or Juice would be nice to have included in the breakfast. We had a problem with the toilet tank which was leaking water. Unfortunately this could not be fixed during our stay.

The hosts are very kind! They help you with anything you may need. The room is large, clean, with a nice terrace where Nounoush the family's dog visited us a few times. The breakfast is good, with pancakes and eggs/omelet. Julie's Home is close to Takamaka Rum Distillery and Craft Village where you can buy the most beautiful souvenirs. Anse Royal beach is also close.

That we had to leave....vacation was finished 😕

Barry und Julie was very nice hoest. The Appartement with the wide Terrasse was great to relax outside by rain or by night to cool out. Barry can cook local food well and envited me and my wife more as once to taste it. The House is located in a quite area. The breakfast had all to start the day well. From Julies House its les as 5 min. to the next Supermarkt, and few minutes more to the Bus Stop. We stayed 5 nights and Barry arranged 6.00am aTaxi to the Airport . Great Young man Barry 👍☺️
