Dont have seats near the beach whete you can sit down. Rooms need improvements

Not much to do or anywhere else to eat around the resort. Could use a bit of an upgrade and maintenance.

Remote location but right at the very quiet beach. We had one attic room and a bungalow right at the beach. The attic room was small and hot but the bungalow was excellent.

We had no water running in our CRs during our 4 day stay. we told the staff but they did not fix it.

Toilet- no proper lock, mirror is too high for any standard filipino guests, no other mirror in the room, shower is low pressure No complimentary drinking water, Breakfast meals are mostly not available. Hotel should have told us that we need QR code upon arriving the island. They need to approve the application first so you will be stocked when you arrived .

The floor and bathroom weren't very clean and the toilets were broken. The bathroom didn't look like the pictures. The staff forgot to give me tissues and to make my room, but I asked and it got resolved. Also, I feel like the transport rates I paid from the hotel were a bit expensive compared to Puerto Galera's rates. The room is pretty rustic, so you have to be prepared, but overall it's a really good value place!

The location is peaceful and beautiful. Talipanan beach is really pretty! The staff was very kind and accomodating, I really appreciated how they helped me, and the general atmosphere was really nice. The restaurant's food is very good as well! Breakfast was great. I loved the little terrace I had in the Tree House, as well as the sitting areas in front of the sea.

Lack of security within the premises.

Everything is ok and just reasonable for the price, until a burglary incident that happened on our last night, where is a lapses on security.

Sobrang hina ng tubig sa shower room, i don't know, pero sa sink at s toilet hindi naman

The location itself, vacation is real, if you want yung medyo peaceful n vacation n malapit s whitebeach, amami beach resort is highly recommended, though hindi ganun kalinis yung tubig dagat compare with white beach

We stayed in the tree house and our children in Rm 1. Hot shower in both rooms is not working. Some fixtures are worn down. The tree house is spacious but does not have enough chairs. Rooms need an upgrade but we understand that they are still recovering from the effects of the pandemic. Our children said that their room is haunted 😁

They charge extra for fruits on the side for breakfast, even when it is included. There is a tention between the two italian guys and the staff

The room is actually not inside the main hotel, there is no balcony. Worst, when I wanted to have dinner at 9pm, I have been told that the kitchen was closed ! I had to go outside to buy some cup noodles and then I came back to the hotel and asked to get some hot water, they informed me that they will charge it !! Thankfully, i complained to the manager and I was not charged for anything.

For the room, it was good however some of the furniture is not clean and the beach s not ideal for swimming.

I love the staff of this resort especially Glenda as she will greet you with full smile and good vibes aura. The food quality is superb the only thing is the servings is not that much and a little bit pricey but overall the food is awesome worth the price somehow hehe

The rooms were too dark. The towels need changing and the rooms need to be cleaned every day.

The location is brilliant and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
