Upon arrival, we came to know that rooms with king sized beds were not available even though that is what we had booked. So we had to stay in twin bed rooms. However, next day staff was able to move us to the rooms that we had requested. Although you can request for beach towels and mats to sit at the beach, there are no beach lounge chairs. Usually, Hennan was the only one with such lounge chairs.

We stayed at the property for 6 nights. 💰Economy - The property is a little bit on pricier side considering the property is quite old and small than it seemed in the photos. 📍Location - Located right in front of the beach and at Station 2. There are plenty of activities to choose from that are available right at the beach and majority of the restaurants and other beaches are within walkable distance. In case required, Tuk tuk can be requested and the property will be able to assist. 🛏Type of Room - We booked 2 Double rooms with King size bed. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. 🎛Technology - Each room had a big TV. WiFi, majority of the time, was working well. 🧹Cleanliness - Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. 🍳Breakfast - Breakfast was included with our booking, but there were very limited options for vegetarians. However, chef was able to prepare different vegetarian options everyday specially for us without any extra charge.

The hotel is in a prime location with direct access to the wonderful white sand beach and easy access to everything Boracay has to offer. The hotel offers a first class transfer service from Caticlan airport to the hotel and return. I would strongly recommend using the service as it is excellent value and eliminates any queues at the port, everything is taken care of for you so you get to the hotel far quicker which allows spending more time on that fabulous beach! And lastly but most importantly the staff are amazing. The service is superior to many five star hotel chains

The hotel was hard to find - the taxi from the port brought us to the Mandarin Bay first and told that it was the right place (which it wasn't), and then we had to drag our suitcases on the sand for about 10 minutes. After 2 days the toilet in our room started to leak..although we were moved to the next room at once, it was smaller than the previous one. And we also got unlucky because during our stay there were daily repairing works in the hotel starting from approximately 9 am, it wasn't the problem, as we got up earlier but the sounds were rather loud and noisy, that spoiled the impression a little.

The staff is what this hotel can be proud of! Really friendly, amicable, smiling and ready to help. Rooms with the pool view are great, comfortable mattresses. Beach mats and towels are available for use at the reception. Room service on request. Good selection of foods for breakfast. The location is in the middle of the island.

Guests occupying on the first and second floors have nowhere to sit when using the pool. Chairs were reserved for ground floor guests only.

Place is a lil outdated, needs remodeling on some rooms and facility area. It is a bit dark in reception desk.

The location is in the middle of everythin! Few minites walk to D’mall & Bars. Beachfront! Staff are friendly and accommodating! Breakfast os descent!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staffs with warm smiles. They took our bags and we were handed with refreshing welcome drinks and wet face towels. All the staffs are thoughtful and attentive. I like the personal touch added to the room by a welcome message on the tv and the bed, with complimentary sweets. The location is excellent, right in the front beach and not a far walk to the main road. It is also about 4-minute walk to d’Mall.

Staff are welcoming and attentive. Room is clean and spaceous enough Buffet breakfast spread is ample with good choices.we spebt 5 days and some of the dishes change.
