The location is close enough to the beach but bit sketchy way to get to and from the beach. And some wear and tear that requires attention.

Check out took a while. Also they wanted to charge us some ridic amount for a missing teaspoon! They didn't charge us in the end.

Near DMall. Easy to get an etrike. Room service was available. Beach was nearby - but you need to know where to go. We were not given clear instructions though and went the wrong way the first time around. Room service was responsive.

Location, it's not easy to find, and the shore, the passage there, I think more security, and lights in the night, it's quite scary to walk alone in the passage shortcut in the shore in station 2.

The price did not match at all the expectation of our room (no windows and no private balcony as stated in the description of our booking). Breakfast was very basic (they did not had milk for the coffee or fresh juices). It is better to go to white beach where there is a lot of nice restaurants. We booked a private boat with the hotel but the "captains" were not very informative about the activities

The hotel pool and look and feel is very nice and elegant. Staff was very nice and offer some options for tour when we asked for it. Location is good, very quiet since is walking distance from White Beach Station 2 but not right in front, however notice that you will need to walk through lonely-non paved roads (there are some guards along the way so you feel safe, but still no).

Few options for breakfast. There is no healthy options and there is no fruits available. The shower is cold. The front desk team is cold too. They don’t do any effort to welcome the guests during their stay (I stayed in the property for 10 days and all conversation I tried to have with them was limited in greetings and done. no more than 10 seconds.)

Good location, close to DMall but quiet enough to sleep well… big root with good housekeeping service.

The staff talking or making noise early in the morning that echoes through the room and makes it very hard to sleep in.

They should be more flexible with early check-ins when possible. Access to the hotel and from the hotel to the beach is via a narrow laneway which is muddy/sandy and when it rains, gathers large pools of water.

My personal thoughts were location is near the hospital busy road, Value for money i’d choose to stay in other new hotels, front desk so-so need more training i would say. didn’t like their services except for the janitorial staff very friendly very welcoming. access to the beach is okay but the pathway is like an old resort that was demonlished very scary. My booking has no breakfast included. No room service either because they dont have a kitchen/ Resto yet as per the staff. 6.5/10 Considering that the ambiance is Good.
