CanadaNecessity like towels..they will give you only for day even you need more. I am expecting a balcony with view not balcony with wall view. I seen in the website of the resort but when I arrived I am disappointed with the view of the balcony which is wall from the other building.

TurkeyThere was a smell because of the humidity, but other than that, everything was ok. I did not use the pool, but people seemed to be enjoying it. It was around 5 minutes walk to the beach (I thought it was closer when I booked this), close to many restaurants and shops.

PhilippinesThere was this lady in the buffet area, her name was Cecille, she was grumpy on both the days we stayed and had breakfast in the restaurant. A little smile and greeting good morning or something could make us feel welcome but instead her unpleasant demeanor towards our group made us feel like we are not welcomed in the hotel. Other staff were all accommodating and friendly especially the ladies in the front desk.

It is not new but well maintained , the pool is clean and its water was maintained well. Breakfast was nice and was not aligned with some bad reviews previously written by others. Location and stuff is the best , addition towels is provided when going to beach.

VietnamThe pool was entirely shaded - that's just a personal preference. It was a bit noisy early in the morning as we could hear people at breakfast. We found it a bit inconvenient that we had to put cash deposits down for beach towels and umbrellas each time we used one.
Our room was very nice and comfortable. Just a short walk from the beach. The staff were very kind and accommodating in arranging our transfer. Good vibe overall.

United KingdomBreakfast is ok if you are Filipino. But very limited if you are European or the UK. I have already brought it to their attention to look into it. Some building work day time can be a bit noisy at times drills and hammer. I think it could be ending soon!!
The Hotel has a nice setting . Even though it has noise around it. The beach is 5 mins walk away. The Staff are excellent,friendly,and Helpful.I had forgotten a connection lead I needed. They offered that they would send a person to try and Source. But for tonight you can use this one for our printer. I woke up in the morning and returned the lead. I went out and managed to buy myself,Before their staff bought it. That is going the Extra mile.

CanadaThe pool hardly gets any sun, and the water is a bit cold for us. The hotel is walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach but there is no public toilet on the beach, so I would probably prefer somewhere even closer to the beach if that is the main focus for you. The location is very convenient for restaurants, shopping, massage, etc., but lots and lots of street vendors everywhere on the way to the beach, and even on the beach too, gave me a not very peaceful quality time. There is nothing wrong with this property itself, but I would like to find a beachfront or even private beach property next time if I return to this island.

PhilippinesThe TV is not a smart TV. It has no netflix and that's okay I guess because we were out most of the time.
Staff were nice and provided exceptional service. The location is great too since it is just beside Station X and walking distance to the beach. The room is spacious enough for a family and big groups. The breakfast was superb! They have a clean pool and they even provide free towels with a security deposit.
