Front desk staff memo was kind of rude. He didn’t seem to really care. I had no ice bucket and he couldn’t get me one. I also wish the property had breakfast.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice.

there should be small trays available for people who want more than 1 cup of coffee or / families 2. understandable times ( but there should not be anyone who is not registered sleeping in the lobby couches overnight. 3. i got a feeling that there was a transient group, possibly moving in a police substation would be appropriate until the official buyout of this company is completed

1. when desk is unavailable. the guest should know there are seen on the video and someone will be right with them. i picked this hotel based on 24 hour front desk service/ SAFETY reasons

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke; called front desk to report and as I was talking, my boyfriend was yelling in background (because he overheard girl saying I had to call Priceline for refund)so she desk hung up on ME. Decided to go speak in person and (same girl at front desk who checked us in; who was nice all of a sudden now was very rude and ghetto and just hung up on me)is still yelling at me!!but I’m speaking to her with respect, she was very rude to the company I was with, threatened to call police, although I talked nice and apologized for my company and explained to her that she misconstrued words she overheard on the phone. Manager arrived back at hotel and was more professional and handled situation; refund given.

-There were bugs in the bathroom. I got about 7 or 8 over the 2 night stay. They only seemed to be in the bathroom. I saw one go under the door frame so maybe they are coming from there. Not sure but seems to be an issue. -I asked the front desk for toilet paper but was told they only have toilet paper on the housekeeping carts. I then asked if a cart would be on my floor and they said yes for sure...when I got up to my floor there was no housekeeping cart insite...so I bought my own toilet paper. Having worked the front desk for 5 years at a hotel and in my opinion not having a toilet paper stash somewhere down there for guests is ridiculous.maybe the 2 people at the desk were just being lazy? Either way not happy I had to buy my own toilet paper for the night. -did not have a do not disturb sign

Room was spacious and clean in the main areas. Everything worked and arriving temperature was perfect...nice and cool. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms need an overhaul. Tub was gross. Curtains were dingy with holes and didn’t cover window completely, Hard to communicate with Spanish speaking housekeeping. The listing is wrong, No microwaves in room or ANYWHERE in the hotel, despite the furniture being designed for one. (See photo)

Quiet only at the one end where my room was. Traffic is loud! Staff was pleasant. Rooms are spacious but outdated.

No breakfast foods at all..only coffee and tea. The biggest issue ( in several rooms.. multiple guests reporting) was remote for TV does not work.

I was going to stay one night but booked for another night because the experience was better than my expectations. The beds were comfortable and clean. Staffs are really nice and they are at the front desk all the time so that you can ask for whatever you need!

Pool, hot tub, restaurant and marketplace all closed. Evidently the hotel was recently bought out and they are currently looking to renovate the whole hotel sometime in the future. They need to update their hotel on line to reflect these closings.

Advertisement of a pool was misleading. Pool had been broken for months. Also, the elevator kept breaking down. Not a big deal for the 1st floor, but having to walk up & down 4 floors was not fun. Finally, they were understaffed and only cleaned when requested & if they had time.
