Had miscommunication with the hotel staff regarding the excursion, which got cancelled. Was bit upset the staff didn't call the room to let us know. Instead of us having to wake up at 6:30am. My only gripe is the size of the TV and the fact it is not a smart TV. Honestly this would make the room perfect and I would happily rate it 10/10.

Excellent location near the airport. Free shuttle service is provided by the hotel which is nice. Larger than normal rooms, comfy big bed and the best hot shower I had in the Philippines. Food wasn't too bad at the hotel, recommend the mango shake.

Close to the hotel are 2 karaoke places. The sound was every night so loud until after 1 am, that sleeping was impossible. After mentioning this to the hotel, they said they know of that problem but cannot influence it. We got another room on the other side of the hotel where it cannot be heard. Thanks to the hotel for that. If you stay in this hotel, ask for a room in the ranges 201-209, 301-309 or 401-409. On this side of the hotel you will not disturbed by the karaoke in the middle of the night.

I didn't like the swimming pool. Its very dirty. Even tho we see that it gets cleaned everyday, it still is dirty.

The breakfast options are very basic but that didn't concern us too much because we had a car and were able to go somewhere else for breakfast. The room rate was good value for money even if you don't take the included breakfast.

This hotel was undoubtedly the best value for money on our two-week trip around Palawan. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable and it was the only place we stayed where we didn't have problems getting an even flow of hot water from the shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well and was quiet.

The restaurant is not very tasty, the portions are small.

The room was pretty big, as well as the toilet and very comfortable, the bed was great!. Breakfast was OK and we had free shuttle to the airport. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Overall very happy with our stay. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed/under repair at the time of visiting which was part of the reason we chose it. A neighbouring bar did stay open quite late on a couple of nights which kept us awake until a member of staff told them to turn it off.

Literally a stone throw from the airport. Can walk down to the main strip and further down to the port. The staff were so nice. Jerick was super nice and even wrote out some localisms for us to use on our trip! Rooms were clean. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel too. We used this hotel for the reviews on the internet / WiFi as we were working while there. We could connect to our company servers and download/upload files quite quickly. Online calls needed the video turned off to help the connection. Download/Upload speeds 4.88/858 mbps

On check out we were questioned about a stain on a hand towel in the room. It was dirt. We’d done an underground river tour and zip lining the day before which the hotel organised for us. Someone from laundry checked and said it was fine but the whole process was annoying, especially as our room had been missed for cleaning the day before which we let go, and inconvenient as our transfer was waiting for us. It ended what was a lovely stay on a bad note. The pool is closed for “refurbishment” but there was no work happening when we were there so would recommend checking with hotel before booking.

It’s a really nice hotel with gorgeous rooms and big comfortable beds. It’s also very clean. Proximity to the airport is great and there is a free airport shuttle which was amazing. The front desk organised a tour for us which was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, and the restaurant staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and polite.

The pool was closed which wasn’t communicated prior to our trip. We wanted to take a swim after the long travels but this wasn’t possible. We booked a van ride to El Nido and they told us it was at 8.30am. While having breakfast at 7.30am we were suddenly told the van was there and we had to rush, which wasn’t very pleasant.

The shower! The room was very big and comfortable and modern. We only stayed one night to travel to El Nido afterwards so it was great that it was close to the airport. Free shuttle service from airport to hotel.

The only improvement we could suggest was to put some soft furnishings in the corridors to the rooms as they were quite echoey which meant some other guest noise late at night was louder than it would normally be.

Close to the airport for a late flight in, comfortable, large double bed and good breakfast. Jarrod on the bar was really helpful keeping the kitchen open for us to get something to eat late at night!
