A 20 minute walking distance to main area in moalboal could be disadvantageous to some people but only 200php for a local rider to bring you to town (7 ish minute drive) This didn't bother us in the end as the tuktuks were a great experience

Location is a bit far from the centre, so renting a scooter (really easy) is a must. Also there is no sand beach so bring watershoes for swimming

There is no in room safe, but there is a sign stating they have a safe at the front desk to keep your valuables. I just left mine in the room and it was fine. Also, the water pressure was a little low in the shower, BUT not bad enough where I wouldn't stay again.

DaCozy Beach Resort was amazing. A quaint 10 room beachside bungalow may be a better description than 'resort,' but the small size was perfect for a relaxing stay only a 15 minute walk from Pasangma Beach where all the restaurants, massages and activities you could want are. I rented a scooter and the staff even had one delivered for me. They also offered laundry service, airport transport, free sizable - made to order - breakfast and a fabulous pool. If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy a peaceful stay, DaCozy is the only place to do it! SO CLEAN! My room was cleaned daily and it was spotless.

The only possible deal-breaker is the noisy aircon. But for us, turning it on for half an hour before bedtime was sufficient enough to cool the room. It was also hard for drivers to find the place, because there were no signs indicating where they needed to turn. But this might actually be a plus if you really want to hide away. Google maps helps!

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the main restaurant area, which was excellent for us since we wanted peace and quiet and didn't mind stretching our legs. Bring your own snorkel gear, the private beach of the hotel is excellent for spotting turtles and sardines without the crowds. The pool is also clean and deep, with an outdoor shower which was a huge plus. The restaurant is cozy, serving simple but fulfilling food. All of the staff and our hostess were kind and helped us with whatever needs we had. For this price point, we got much more than we expected.

Nothing major at all - Like I see someone else comment the booking process was a little confusing, also there weren’t towel we could take to the beach - which was just a super privilege extra we had gotten used to on our Philippines stays!!

We loved this place with a lovely local feel. When we first arrived in the dark we thought if it was far out but it was perfect for us a 15 min week is fine! My favourite thing was how quiet it was, a couple of afternoons by the pool it was like our own private resort, but even when we saw people this we so space so you aren’t on top of each other. Breakfast included was lovely and freshly made. We walked along the beach to the sardine run which was amazing - but also one morning swam out from the hotel and sure many fish and a sea turtle!

Rocky beach. But the sandy white beach is 12 min away with a tricycle. It's recommended to rent a scooter then you will easily drive wherever you want. No hairdryer

Good location at the sea, very clean and fresh hotel, friendly and kind staff, the kitchen has a really good western menu, enjoyable pool near the sea. We Will book there again.

Although the setting is beautiful, there is almost no atmosphere at all at this hotel. The staff were friendly but the service level is bare minimum. They aren't able to make recommendations for things which is quite different to our other hotel experiences in the Philippines. The food available was poor, Breakfast was disappointing.. The bathroom was also very disappointing and Aircon was very loud.

The setting is amazing. Garden area is really nice.

The booking process was painful. I thought i was being scammed. The accommodation rejected by card and requested that I pay the first night via PayPal which I thought was very suspicious. When I didn’t pay straight away they cancelled my booking. So I called the accommodation and they blamed booking.com management. They advised that this PayPal process is normal procedure for them. So I rebooked and paid the first night via PayPal and my booking was held despite my booking.com status saying ‘action required’. This booking process needs to be changed! Thankfully it was not a scam and the accomodation is very nice.

Great place just by the beach in Moalboal. The hotel is comfortable and right in front of a beautiful beach, which is good for snorkeling with turtles. Rooms is big and spacious with a balcony
