Staff excellent, very clean and they allowed you to use the pool, and take a shower in the fitness after checking out when you have a late flight.

We loved everything about the accommodation- my teenage daughters did not want to check out! The staff were always so helpful, friendly and professional. Location is very hard to beat being so close to such a huge shopping area and not far from the airport. And the transportation service was so simple; everything went so smoothly. We will definitely make this as our 'go to' place when in Manila. p.s. The 'Welcome' desserts was a very nice touch! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

In the afternoon we went to use the pool and it was completely in the shade. Good if you don’t like sun exposure, but bad if you like to sunbake.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Buffet Breakfast was great - they include 1 free barista made coffee, which is rare in Philippines. Then unlimited instant coffee.

We booked for 4 and we only had 3 sets of towels, robes and slippers. We had to call and request for the 4th guest. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, which normally is available in other hotels. We had to call and request for it.

It was spacious and location was really good. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

The outlets in the room were dated. Please consider putting USB or wireless chargers. Would be good as well if there’s longer hours for pool usage.

1. Breakfast: Expectations were higher, the breakfast is very poor, especially compared to other 5* hotels! 2. Pool: Size of pool is not that big, especially with the amount of guests which are using the pool.

The bar closes at 23rd even in the weekend. They have a DJ but they close very early. The staff on the bar not very friendly maybe because of the fact the wanted to close and clients wanted to stay longer

Location is great in Makati easy to walk around. Park very close, shopping mall as well. Facilities of a 5 star hotel, rooms very large, clean. Breakfast was very good. A great stay overall

Initially we were promised a king and double bed. When we arrived it was a single and queen. Although they brought up a cot, that was not what we had booked.

The property was very clean and close to city centre. It was beautifully kept and the staff were very respectful.
