I am trying to think of something but nothing really comes to mind ... everything was perfect during our stay.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

We were in a villa with a pool. It was great except for the noise that the pool cleaning would make 24/7. Also we happen to have an old building from another hotel right in front of our terrace which was unpleasant

super friendly staff, very welcoming , very clean beach and great bar and staff we didn’t get a good room when we arrived and since wifi was not working we went to concierge and they said hotel is fully booked, after couple hours they changed our room as they had a cancellation. Staff will do anything to make your stay memorable, wish we had stayed there at end of our trip as it was the best in Philippines.

There was one cold shower I had to take. The stairs are quite slippery. It's easier to get around town with other transportation as the shuttle service can get a bit slow sometimes. Overall it's a great place to stay!

The thoughtfulness of the staff and the finishing touches to the room are exceptional. The room is well-equipped and the cleaning was thorough. Was able to find vegetables at the breakfast! Seats are provided to sit on the beach, which is beautiful.

Downside during our stay was there was no power in the island for couple of days and the elevator was not able to function. As we were at the 4/F it was a problem as my friend has mobility difficulty.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

The staff who welcomed us could have explained the amenities better (how many pools, roof deck etc). We ended up knowing these from the friendly shuttle driver.

The service was impeccable. They really tried to make our stay very comfortable. The location was great - beachfront in station 1 where it is very quiet. The free shuttle service was also helpful to get around the island. The price may seem costly at first but since the transfers and fees are already included, the free shuttles, and even water and occassional snacks, I think its good value for money. The taho and pandesal were also nice touches at breakfast.

The breakfast in Sands restaurant is boring and not that much options.

The staff are all accomodating and cheerful. The lication is really in the best station of boracay island. We love our signature one bedroom suite, just that the view is not that awesome. The complimentary breakfast in Forno restaurant is really delicious.

We were there in August when it wa “habagat” so there were barriers placed facing the shore which blocked the spectular morning view.

The location is quiet but it has access to Stations 2 and 3 - either by taking a leisurely walk along the shore or by taking the hotel’s shuttle which is alway available until I think 10pm

Probably the best resort I have ever stayed at. The service is absolutely outstanding starting with the arrival at the airport and dedicated boat service and throughout the entire stay. The suites are amazing, and facilities including multiple pools are just perfect in a more quiet area for Boracay. Going to the main busy area is possible walking 30 minutes on the beach or using the free service shuttle. Absolutely perfect vacation, thank you to the entire staff!
