PhilippinesBooked for 2 single beds but was provided 1 Queen Size bed instead. No hair blower and mugs for coffee. No water heater inside the room but there are water dispensers outside the room where you can get cold and hot water. The water pressure for the toilet bidet is really low.
Walking distance to SM Baguio, Session Road, and Restaurants. Really good buffet breakfast. The location is really close to other tourist attractions and shops.

WiFi was fast! It was really good for those who are working or have online classes. The complimentary breakfast was nice, there are lots of food to choose from. Also, the room was spacious enough for two people. The staff, especially the cleaning service, were really efficient and friendly.

Walls were also paper thin that you heard the snoring of the guest in the next room and all the movement in the foyer.

El Cielito was walking distance from the bus terminal and SM Baguio City which, is a plus given the horrendous traffic situation in Baguio especially during peak hours in the morning and evening. As I got a promo rate with free upgrade to air conditioned room, I think El Cielito was good value for money.

the buffet also the Taho ❤️ and the room. no need for fan or AC. damn the place is already cold. so I suggest that you take the normal rooms. Also I highly recommend the Carrot Cake! damn I love it so much. before we go to Elyu I even bought 2slice of it. I should have bought the whole cake instead.

PhilippinesThe security guard was not helpful enough in assisting guests during check out. It was raining heavily and he did not offer assistance at all in getting a taxi or even just offering us an umbrella.
The breakfast buffet was great! The assortment of food was very good. Delicious freshly baked bread for sale at their restaurant. Great brewed coffee! The staff were very attentive and courteous. They let us leave our luggage and let us stay in the lobby for some time while waiting for our bus schedule.
