-I stayed in two different rooms in this hotel; both had cockroaches

-the location is very nice if you want to sleep; most hotels by the beach have a bar nextdoor that plays loud music all night long

Internet - The internet connection is unstable. You'd be better off walking a minute away and staying at a cafe or pub nearby and using your mobile data if you need to work. You will also need to reconnect every single time you leave and return to the hotel. AC - AC at times cannot keep the entire room cool despite adjusting the temperature to the lowest temp possible. Location - It's far from D'mall and it's far from the main road as well. You either have to walk by the beach or walk to the main road to get a ride. You have to set your expectations that you'll have to carry your luggage a few meters from the road as they're a few meters away from the main road.

Front beach access - The hotel is facing the beach front. If you want a peaceful stay away from the noise and crowd, it's perfect to stay here. You can sunbathe or chill at the beach peacefully without people walking around. It's also away from all the noise during the evenings. They provide beach towels for you to use Balcony - The room does have a balcony with a partial sea view.

I wouldn't say I genuinely disliked anything about signature hotel. Maybe an update to the facilities I.e the bathroom but wasn't bad. The fridge made some noises.

A big balcony overlooking the beach. Very friendly staff who always listened and made our requests possible. Very fast WiFi that reached to the beach. The Aircon never let us down. Worked non-stop.

This hotel is all about the location and the staff. Amazing beach and so peaceful and cosy compared to the rest. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Hotel itself is simple and a bit outdated but fine for our needs and standards

A little too far to walk three or four times today. The breakfast and the bar and the other food we ate was very good.

Location was very quiet. It was at the far end of the white beach if you were looking for somewhere near the D mall. This is not where you want to stay even though it’s very comfortable and very quiet.

Rooms can get sandy quickly so would recommend asking for housekeeping daily!

Beach towels are always not available. The room that they gave me the RM306, is the far last end of the hall. All i see are the roof top of the neighbors house by the balcony. I ask the receptionist as soon as I checked in if they can move me in a room with a better view at least , and answered right away no not available without checking their records. I noticed i was the only Filipino guest that time the rest are foreigners. So i see that their priority are the foreigners i guess not the locals even i paid as equally as what foreigners does.

It is quite, far from the busy hustles of station 1-2.. good for those who are looking for serene time. You can sleep well without hearing the late night parties. I also like the brewed coffee that the mama mia hotel restaurant serves.

Nice stuff, good location. Nice but little balcony. Same as on the booking.com pictures. Within walking distance from the crowded part of the beach, but every good restaurant is 2 minutes walk from it. Or less. Quiet part of this crowded beach.

The part of the hotel at the back ( where most rooms are) is completely worn out,dingy looking, room that we booked was actually the one from the photo but it DID NOT look like on the photo. It was a aged ,poor basic,barely budget room which we were informed was an " executive" room- that is laughable!! I should have taken photos. Unfortunately that's the only ones they had available when I was booking,but if I knew the room will be this basic and screaming for a refurb- like most of the building- I would have booked somewhere else.The front of the property says lovely and nice and then you go inside ,to the back of the property leading to rooms- it badly needs updated!! Painted,fixed up!! Rooms need refurbished!! Decorated! They look so sad and miserable!! Barely basic rooms are sold as executive!!

The bins in the bathroom weren’t emptied. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper more than once.

Make sure to communicate with property early if you have luggage - I gave a 10 min heads up of my arrival and they didn't see my messages so I had to lug my baggage through the sand. They are happy to help, but they need probably 1-2 hours to make sure they get the message and can send someone to meet you.

Located on a quiet part of the beach and away from the madness of Station 1, but the area still has amazing bars and restaurants all around it. Room is basic but covers more than you'd expect for the price (balcony facing the sea for sunset, coffee station, fridge, plugs by bed). I loved that they had communal hot/cold water stations instead of plastic water bottles.

The location is fantastic, very peaceful and quiet. A welcoming and professional team. A big thank you to the whole team especially to Ms. Ren, Ms. Claire and Sir Randel. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely come back.
