The first room I was shown was sparse, no desk or chair, when they brought one to the room after my query it was a small coffee table and plastic chair. I ended up in a proper room but at a higher price. This took more than 15 minutes to sort out, and they were not busy at all. The restaurant opened at 6am, and I was the only guest, ordering at 6.02 The American breakfast was quite poor and arrived cold and at 6.18 meaning that I was pushed to take the 6.30 airport shuttle. The receptionist was helpful and held the bus for ten minutes which I was very thankful for. The dining staff were inattentive and spent their time chatting to each other

Cleanliness could be improved. The aircon casing is dusty when we arrived. There should be a rag on the toilet doorstep as well but we can't find one when we arrived. Also the size of the bathroom is quite small.

The location is near everything from malls to commercial centers even universities and public markets. We also loved their AFFORDABLE and YUMMY food.

On the night of the check-in, the front officer knew that we are 5 checking-in( 3 adults and 2 children) since we are the only guest at that time (around 12-12:30MN. Shed advised of the bill and I did pay. However, upon check-out the following day, the morning shift front officer told me that I should pay additional for the guest over 20 yo. Of course, I was surprised because the front officer did not advise me during the check -in. I refused to pay but the front officer insisted that I should pay but later on she waived it after a short discussion. The question here is not about the money since it is very minimal but what I do not like it I was held hostage. I was enticed to check-in at a lower price but later I was asked to pay additional. There should be no surprises when it comes to billings/charges.

Staff need to follow up on requests have things in stock for guests requests put toiletries in room and don't let customers see senior staff scalding lower staff it's not professional I feel sorry for the doorman there they do a great job but noticed reception women speaking to them so bad

Any request we made was ignored couldn't get ice sent to the room couldn't even get toilet paper shower was moody staff wasn't concerned in helping.i us to love this place I even proposed to my wife there it's gone downhill since all the changes.no toiletries anymore what helps when u have forgot things the only helpful staff was the men who open the doors

Limited parking, there was no room service available, always no ice, I was never able to connect to wifi, slow service at the restaurant, staff are always noisy at the hallway at 5 in the morning, my bathroom was leaking, etc. The worst part, I had a company event and I was so disappointed because the bathroom was so filthy, again there was no ice and staff never came back to checked on us. We ran out of juices and coffee and nobody came to asked for refill.. I have stayed in this hotel 3x but for some reason, lots of things changed after 3 years, terrible changes. I will not come back to this hotel again.

To small bed for a couple. Compared to all the hotels with the same description matrimonial bed. The bed of go hotels is 2x bigger than theirs.

Aircon is working. Water pressure is a bit good among all the hotels in tuguegarao. No hot water in the wash only shower.

Not worth the money. Not even an electric kettle in the room. Staff were lazy and snobbish. 2nd day and I have been calling the lobby attendants for "supplies" replenishment but weren't answered.. went to the lobby myself and found the staff ignoring the phone calls. You have to literally go down the attendant's desk to request for things and matters. THEY DON'T answer calls! This is the only hotel I know that doesn't have room service. Choose this hotel AS YOUR LAST OPTION!

The food was excellent..most delicious food I have eaten in a hotel.
