How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The 2persons bedded room is a bit small. The pool is also small but good enough for a short dip.
The hotel is like an oasis in the busy street of Boracay. very calming environment coz of the many plants surrounding the huts/ and villas. Also very clean! The staff were very helpful especially the manager Ms.Regala who helped me with my documents, (printed/scanned) I find also the night receptionist commendable for making a good decision not to wake us up in connection with the wrong pick up time from SouthWest Tours.! In short, highly recommended to stay in Boracay!

WiFi was a little disappointing, but tbh that's probably the only negative thing I could think of from my stay 🤷🏽♂️
Location was absolutely amazing, close enough for walking distance to anything you needed, staff were very friendly and was an all-around great stay, would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend 🙏🏼

The restaurant of the hotel could improve the food but the staff was nice. I could use better lighting in the room as I couldn’t see very well. The window is small so rush didn’t help in terms of light.
Very cozy little hut. Even nicer than the pictures. Quiet and calm and close to everything. Very nice and friendly staff. My hut was surprisingly very very clean.

None! I only hope that it would remain for more years and would improve for the better.
Literally Nirvana Beach Resort is the only one that offers quality Villas that is fit for large families. I like how the villas and rooms are far from each other which adds to the feeling of exclusivity.

The pool has no area to chill. Its right next to the restaurant so it's a little awkward getting unchanged etc.

The location was the best part! It was super close to everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. The resort had all the facilities we were after and the staff were very friendly and happy to help and tend to our needs.

The location of Nirvana Beach Resort was amazing. You could walk to Station 2 in about 3 minutes and have easy access to the beach and D'Mall with amazing shopping and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant onsite was delicious. Everything was super relaxed, nothing was an issue. Rooms were cleaned whenever we needed them to be with fresh towels. All up a great value accommodation with all the access you need for a perfect stay at this gorgeous island.

No kitchen in the room. But I think for Safety because we're staying in Kubo but the hotel has the option is just that it's my first time. wanting to know more in that place before coming back and book for a better room.
The place (nirvana beach) is in the heart of boracay....all you need is in there. The crew was fantastic and friendly definitely coming back again.

Perfect location. Right by d-mall. Stayed extra nights since we loved it so much. Favourite place we’ve stayed in all the Philippines. Highly recommend!! The huts were adorable and extremely clean.

The location is th3 best. Just beside jollibee if you need a quick budget meal. Very close to a lot of restaurants and marts.the place has a whole kitchen which is goog for 6 ot kore person, you can cook your own food to save money or want a better tasting meal.

I got 5 units when we were there last August! We got the 2 villas and the condo type -- we enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything: beach, restaurants, D'Mall, etc. The villas are very spacious- it's great for families like us!. I love that there's a back door that gives you closer access to the beach and the D'Mall. The pool is small but we're there for the beach so it doesn't matter to us. The location was great for us! Bonus: the staff were so nice. Apologize for not getting their names but both of them were so nice and catered to our requests. I also love that they have the option of providing you the filtered water for a small charge, will book there again if we get a chance to go back to Boracay!

We loved the swimming pool but we think its too small and having it so close to the restaurant is a little awkward. But the water is so clean and super refreshing.
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Having your own “house” with kitchen saves us a lot of money. Super close to everything too.

The Wifi slows down intermittently. The cutleries needs an upgrade.
