Wifi and network signal is a bit of a challenge. Book a room near the reception area for good wifi connection and go to the beach for 3 bars of cellphone signal at least its 4G haha

The place is very peaceful, comfortable, friendly staff, generous serving of food for 1 and very friendly jessie and chelsea 🐶🐶😁

Wifi was a challenge. It was a remote place and it was charming. But please do NOT advertise that you have wifi when it is mostly unreliable. Please set the right expectations in your room description. For many guests, wifi is vital. Also, please turn the lights on in your pool area. It could be an accident hazard. At night, the place looked and felt really dull and lonely.

The staff was very warm and caring. The food was also reasonably priced and tasted very good. Kudos to the cook and the waitresses for being so accommodating. Chelsea and Choco, though gargantuan, were very friendly. These dogs are a fixture of the resort. :) The place looked like it used to be topnotch. There are still traces but it seems the owners are not so primed to make the resort look the best it can. They were a warm couple though.

Food could be better especially since there is no other options close by.

The staff were very helpful. We wanted to check out the marine sanctuary close by so the staff (especially the front desk staff) went out of their way to assist us to get our permit from the Barangay. They were very considerate of a visitors needs.

The place needs repair. AC has be updated, new quality linens needed. TV/cable wasn’t working from previous typhoon. Weak wi-fi.

Located in a tranquil part of Pandan Antique. Beach at your doorstep without the frills. Amiable staff and very accommodating.

Standard Room: It is a dump ! Dirty, dark, full of mold, rotten, a spider on the roof, without any upkeep. Asking 2000 pesos for this room is outrageous. Even for free I wouldn't stay at this room. Deluxe Room Number 3: No hot water, uncomfortable old spring mattress, broken toilet seat. The place is very isolated, there is nothing close by. For the Malumpati springs it is better to overnight right there. 4 dogs roaming around. The " big breakfast " was not available. For the regular breakfast was no bacon available. There was only one fried egg instead of 2 as in other hotels / restaurants. The two small slices of bread were definitely not enough. For 2 extra slices I needed to pay 50 pesos. The " juice " was an awful tasting glass of water with some chemical powder mixed into it. The worst was the Austrian owner. The rudest, most hostile hotel owner I ever came across! When I refused to stay at the Standard Room and asked for a refund he refused. Instead I was offered to upgrade my room for 1000 pesos. Only when I was about to report the case to Booking.com I was offered a free upgrade although I was insulted by the owner and accused of blackmailing him.

Standard Room: I didn't like anything about that room. Deluxe Room Number 3: Good size, clean, good lighting, good and silent AC, quiet.

Resort is so rundown. No upkeep or maintenance Some lights not working in our room Electrical cables sticking out of the ceiling Bed was so knackered that we ended up sleeping on an angle Couldn't enjoy the restaurant as the owners had dogs that would bark non stop at you Wifi only at the bar and not in the rooms The roof over the porch area of our room leaked so bad that we couldn't sit on the chairs as they were soaked The door knob fell off our front door, and had to fix it myself
