In my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel is a little dated.

The staff were fantastic; particularly Kathrine from the reception and Karl/Edwin from butler services. The staff at the Writer's Bar, from when we went in the evening, were also extremely attentive and pleasant. The staff well made our stay excellent. Location was also very central.

Luxurious room (Legacy Suite was beautiful - I loved the artwork by local artists); complimentary high tea is a must do!; breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel. Staff were extremely attentive. Location is excellent- walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.

Poor water pressure from the shower head. The water saving shower head design was barely felt on the skin.

The large room- suite. Seperate lounge and tv area as well as a dining area away from the bedroom area. Large bathroom. Early check in was organised.

There was a bit of a crowd during breakfast so replenishment of the spread was a bit slow. Also, the buffet spread could do with more choice of food. I do not really prefer a buffet breakfast but was told too late about the other option on the other floor. In any case, I hope to visit again and try that out.

The service from reception to bedroom staff was exceptional. The room was very clean and room service w as prompt. I was surprisingly delighted when staff brought my afternoon tea up to my room when I couldn't go down to the lounge because of a Zoom mtg in my room.

When we asked to bring the breakfast food into our room they used alot of plastic containers instead of plates.

I liked the Bath tub with a view of the city.

I chose this hotel because it listed the room was equipped with a washer and dryer inside the unit. There was no washer/dryer in my room, but it was an option for laundry service instead. Limited on English speaking channels on the t.v. Suggest upgrading to a smart t.v. if possible for the enjoyment of all travelers. I'm not sure if it was coming from the carpet or something else, but the hallway had a bad smell to it. My room was the last room at the end of the hallway so I had to smell it all the way there.

I liked the hospitality of the staff. Very respectful, and they were always willing to assist. The bathroom was very spacious. Room service was fast and efficient, and the checkout was easy.

The breakfast at the 9 floor didn't meet the expectation, the pastry was extremely low quality and the rest of the food didn't meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The worse thing at the hotel was the AC in the restaurant and common areas. In the 9 th floor restaurant it was so cold that most of the hotel guests were wearing jackets and cardigans during breakfast time. When we addressed the issue, we were brought a blanket.

The concierge and reception staff was very polite, kind and always eager to help. I really liked the fact that they were smiling all the time, it gave a good vibe to the place. The afternoon tea was good, but the taste and quality of the sweet treats accompanying it was awful. The savoury treats and the scones were not bad, however.
