Too small. There’s nothing except the essentials. In two, you will have a hard time opening your bags.

Great essentials: comfortable bed, great hot shower, good AC, dark curtains to sleep well.

- Double room was quite small - Downstairs restaurant (don't think it's connected to the hotel) lacked variety of food and was quite pricey too. It actually worked out cheaper for me to jump in a taxi and have breakfast in the McDonalds up the road lol.

pillows were not so fluffy, shampoo/conditioner has no scent and doesnt make hair soft

The sink was clogged, though we did not report it as we figured out only when we were about to check out. There was no telephone inside the room nor by the hallway so we had to go to the lobby at level 2 to request for something (like extra towel as there was only one in my room). The elevator cannot detect if someone is going in/out; cannot hold the open button either. One of my family members got caught by the elevator door while going in. But overall, the hotel is good enough for our one night stay in Davao. Big thank you to the staff.

-Rooms and hallways were clean. -The staff were friendly and responsive. -They let me borrow clothes iron, and also they assisted me with my room keys when I forgot it twice inside my room. -The location is also strategic as it is nearby SM Lanang Mall and Airport -Check in and check out was easy. -big mirrors -There is enough parking space -There is a coffee shop and a mini mart downstairs

Its a bit tough to get into reception area as they have no proper orientation notice for 1st timer.

I like the cleanliness and the design of the room. Location is great, rooms are comfortable, bathroom are good

A floor mat or towel to put on the floor- after shower would have been great.

It was close to the mall and bus terminal.

No nearby convenience stores and restaurants, limited public transport at night, empty liquid soaps upon checkin (had to call reception to refill)

Cleanliness, friendly staff, close to airport, accessible by public transport, longer checkout time than most hotels/accomodations (2pm instead of usual 12nn checkout)

We ask the staff TWICE to give us new towels and they said ok and never brought them...

You have 24/7 guard, you have elevator that you can only access the lobby, unless you have a key card to access the hotel room, this is extra security. Clean room, tv, aircondition, fan, super nice shower with HOT water, toilet paper. For the remote control you need to ask them. Outside you have some streetfood, some eating places, atm, pizza, big supermarket very close, 7/11 close by, 10min walk is GM mall, 5min walk you can find laundry near 7/11. You have almost everything near you.

No phone inside the room or within floor, have to go to lobby if you need something. Security vault not working, I took a video of it. I went to the lobby to ask for a bath mat, but it was never delivered.

It was my first hotel stay in davao. The TV took a little fiddling to figure out how to turn it on. The bathroom door is snowed see through glass, so kind of weird if your not with partner only.

There is a nice restaurant downstairs. You can get a big double bacon cheeseburger for under 300php. The portions are very big. Even breakfast. They even have toothbrushes and other vanity items. If not there, there is a convenience store about 4 minutes walk. Feels sketchy at night though imo. So I drove. They have wifi. It was quiet.

The sheets, towels are stained and looks dirty. Bathroom grouts are mouldy.

Not well maintained washroom. The tile floor is flipping, which could be dangerous in taking shower. Been staying here from last 4 years and room maintenance, kinda deteriorate.

Value for money and accesible location. Helpful guards in parking.

the aircon was not that good. there were roaches in my room and a couple in my bed. i’ve stayed there before, but this is first time this has happened
