Some of the facilities particularly in the bathroom are quite old. The aircon in our room would at times be noisy.

The location is just about 50 steps away from the beach and is close to D’mall. The staff were accommodating.

Not a front beach so, walking from property to the beach i don’t like it. No good views and scenery . But overall everything is excellent. Breakfast, staffs and cleanliness were 5 star!!!

The bathroom is old. The shower area is clean, but under the lavatory is not quite a sight. The room needs a repaint.

I'm not a big fan of the wind and monsoons, but even those can be thrilling and exciting if you visit during that season (June-Oct). I was there from August 28th thru Sept 13th and got to witness two days of it. There is a reason they wear flip-flops around here, and you'll likely be wading through ankle deep water on the side paths between the beach and main road.

Mabuhay! My room was fine, not huge, but adequate. It's all about the beach, right? Well it might be 50 steps, a 1 minute walk from Seabird and your are on white beach amongst everything it has to offer. Seabird's night time security guard was on the job when I'd leave in the evening and was there when I'd return much later that night. However, I never felt the need to have one, but was still thankful he was there. This was my fourth stay at Seabird and it works perfectly for me. Excellent internet connection, many English TV stations, and a five-ten minute walk to Bulobog Beach/Road which is one of the most beautiful places and is on the other side the island. I do a lot of walking and taking pictures, and like to get off the beaten path to see how locals live too. Other than the marathon it takes me to get there, and I've traveled different routes, this last trip was Seattle to LA (2.5 hrs), LA to Hong Kong (13hrs), Hong Kong to Manila (2.5hrs), Manila to Caticlan (50min), then the final leg-a Paraw boat ride to Boracay (10 min). While purchasing the boat ride at the Caticlan Jetty Port, you're also getting transportation to your hotel on the island. You are pretty much babysat thru the entire process and it's almost too efficient. As you can tell by now, I am a big fan of Boracay Island and am a beach bar kind of guy and they've got some of the best bars and bands I ever seen, and I've been to many. Kick back, enjoy life, and make memories. I always tell my friends back home that I'm a foot taller and 20 years younger when I'm on Boracay Island.

However, the AC unit did continuous noise and I couldn’t sleep well no matter what setting I tried. Shampoo was too little, 1 shower only, but they gave more if you asked them. Also, the breakfast was far from satisfactory. They gave 5 choices to choose from but the quantity was very small and I had to keep asking for jam.

Its location was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. The bed also was very comfortable and they provided free beach towels upon request.

The place is a bit old and needs upgrading of facilities like the toilet. The aircon is not well maintained, the air filter was too dirty and I was forced to clean it myself.

The rooms aren't sound proofed and they restaurant plays loud music from the morning until late everyday. So there is no chance of a sleep in until mid morning or an early nights sleep. You can also hear footsteps as everyone walks past your room. The window curtain doesn't block out any light

Super friendly staff, the most comfortable beds you will ever find in a hotel, they were the best, large room, great air-conditioning, free wifi, great free breakfast, free beach towels, bar fridge, tv, housekeeping on request daily and 30;seconds walk to the beach. I'd stay here again

The food was unimpressive and quite small portion. The breakfast was average, but the worst was the lunch. I had a steak, paid around 10 british pounds (which is very expensive for Philippine standard) and (no exaggeration) it was the worst meat I’ve ever had, the cut was terrible, and so hard that I could barely cut it. The facilities dont offer anything besides the room, there’s no pool, lounge area, kitchen, anything. it’s just the room with the bathroom. I asked the hotel to arrange a transfer back to the airport (same route I’ve done with another company) and they charged me 20% more - shouldn’t the hotel offer the best prices for their customers? It doesn’t seem to be their case. The staff was alright (no extra kindness - which I had found in all the other places I’ve stayed in Philippines), but most of them didn’t speak English.

2k deposit upon check-in

The free breakfast was delightful and all the staff are friendly. Our booking also comes with a discount at their restaurant which has a great menu and affordable prices. It's in a good spot near the beach, about a minute walk, but not beachfront which we don't mind. Great value for money! We're going back here next time we go to Boracay :)
