Air-condition in the house wasn't working very well. The distance to the center was a little too far, meaning lots of taxi journeys to get anywhere. The most annoying was having to pay €7 for forks and spoons on the one day we didn't order from the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. Breakfast was good and the overall hotel staff very helpful.

room is big. cleaning is very good. good location. good staff. breakfast is very satisfactory. if you don't want to pay for multiple rooms when the kids are grown up, this hotel is one of the best choices. the family suit has 3 rooms, apartment size kitchen and 2 bathrooms which is enough for 6 adults. best value for such a room.

Check in process was so smooth and welcoming, espicially Mr.Hussien ( the receptionist) and Mr. Olgun ( the porter) who were so friendly and helpful The room was comfort, clean, and wider than other apartment i had stayed in İstanbul. Prices were really reasonable.

It was a good stay, but at the breakfast, there was only boiled eggs and when I asked the employees, they only pointed out the boiled eggs on the buffet, although they do prepare other types of eggs in the kitchen, but it was not offered. Also, at breakfast, I went at 10:00 am, there was no bread so I had to ask the waiter for bread, and coffee machine had no coffee, so I also had to ask the waiter for coffee. At around 10:15 am, waiters started to prepare the restaurant to be cleaned and they start tilting the tables to be cleaned, then a HK employee came with a vacuum cleaner and started cleaning the floor while I and another table were still in the restaurant eating. This was really bad for me as its a sign of kicking me out!!!

The room was great, and although AC was on heat, I did open the window and it was fine. The room is very clean and well organized and I loved that the furniture looks new and everything is the room was great. The hotel is very good, HK employees are very helpful and Engineering team did help with the TV issue and although the employee did not speak English, we managed through Google translate and he was helpful and friendly.

For me personally the location was the only downside.

A bit far located but still peaceful though.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was highly professional and kind. We stayed 3 days with excellent comfort . Mr Rahman was especially kind and helpful along with other staffmembers ummuhan, Fatma and Metin. Trust me the service was 10/10

Despite it was a non smoking room there was an ashtray and the room smelled. Also the other guests were quite loud during the night. Thin walls, you can hear everything

This is not a five star hotel! Big comfortable suites but no WiFi, the kitchen completely empty and even though we were four people they were only two towels and we had to ask them to bring us more. The room had the smell of old cigarettes that could make the stay uncomfortable. The staff were unbothered and they all smelled bad. The only good person was Ezra. The staff at the spa were very friendly and the ladies who did the massage very good. The spa itself was a bit expensive. The only five star at this hotel was the breakfast, every day new menu and a lot of options! Overpriced for what they offer.

The staff are extremely friendly and took good care of me as I travelled alone! I arrived at 6 am which was well before the check-in time, and the staff members Seyma, Rahman and Olgun all assisted me in getting a room! I ordered room service the first day, which was tasty, and the rooms are very spacious. Overall excellent trip!
