Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Overall, it was great. We got upgraded to Sky Tower.. it so nice. We also enjoyed quick dip in the pool.

PhilippinesAir conditioning is cold but not quite. The toiletries are good only for a day and needs to request for a refill. the breakfast buffet was not worthy of its price because the food is not good some tasted like it's taken out of a can.

AustraliaThey have amazing restaurants but they need more choice. Smoking is allowed across the hotel and casino in areas but it can get a little too smoky and smelly (if you are a none smoker that is).
This is a high end and true 5 star resort. The room is amazing. I recommend the Sky Tower suites. Service was exceptional and the staff were really flexible with organising anything we needed. Gym was amazing too. Highly recommend the spa too, we enjoyed our hikot massage although it was a little pricey versus spas we have had across the PH

PhilippinesThe food at the pool area is very salty. The restaurant breakfast buffet seafood are not fresh and the food is was just okay for the price. Also informed that are bathtub in our room won't drain the bath water but the front desk just said thank you for informing us without offering help or maybe telling us someone will go up in the room to fix the problem but overall, small mistake and still a exquisite place to stay.
Staff is accommodating, friendly and kind to us. The pool was a enjoyable.
