It’s a casino resort hotel… not exactly a kid friendly and the smell of smoke lingers at the lobby.

Overall, it was great. We got upgraded to Sky Tower.. it so nice. We also enjoyed quick dip in the pool.

Direct access to the swimming pool from Sky Tower is not possible, you do need to go down through the restaurant/shopping area.

We were blessed with an upgrade from Bay to Sky Tower! The room was big and elegant. The ambiance is so calming. The staff is superb!

Air conditioning is cold but not quite. The toiletries are good only for a day and needs to request for a refill. the breakfast buffet was not worthy of its price because the food is not good some tasted like it's taken out of a can.

we watched the concert my niece had left over food burger and chicken it was not allowed to get inside unless we provide a bag to put it on. better if you have food inside that was appreciated by children were on a vacation and it's the only time we allowed them to eat fast food we just throw the item outside sometimes consideration can be given specially your in hospitality business

They have amazing restaurants but they need more choice. Smoking is allowed across the hotel and casino in areas but it can get a little too smoky and smelly (if you are a none smoker that is).

This is a high end and true 5 star resort. The room is amazing. I recommend the Sky Tower suites. Service was exceptional and the staff were really flexible with organising anything we needed. Gym was amazing too. Highly recommend the spa too, we enjoyed our hikot massage although it was a little pricey versus spas we have had across the PH

The food at the pool area is very salty. The restaurant breakfast buffet seafood are not fresh and the food is was just okay for the price. Also informed that are bathtub in our room won't drain the bath water but the front desk just said thank you for informing us without offering help or maybe telling us someone will go up in the room to fix the problem but overall, small mistake and still a exquisite place to stay.

Very expensive fee for seating in the sofa in the swimming pool area: 10,000 PHP for 3 hours for the cabana with jacuzzi or we should order some foods between breakfast and lunch to seat on the beach bed, it doesn't make sense!
