We really can’t rate this hotel enough. We decided to upgrade our room and the hotel could have been more accommodating. Lovely pool, lovely staff. We accidentally left my father in laws walking stick in the taxi and they arranged for it to be driven to our next location. Really accommodating

Great location, just on the Loboc river. Loved watching the river in all tides from the terrace Very unique architecture of the terrace, colonial style inside. Big breakfast.

nice hotel, easy to find with a motor bike. Good location in Loboc, so you can easily do a one day trip by motor bike to Loboc River Cruise, Chocolate Hills, Tarsiers, rice terraces, Anda, man made forest, etc. The light in the bathroom of our booked room did not work, so we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Also the pool in the middle of the hotel is awesome.

The bedroom aircon is very near the bed and it is directly blowing to our head, very noisy too.

This place was better than we expected, the location is beautiful, just in front of the river and with a good distance from the main attractions in loboc. They cook delicious food and the team is amazing, they are always there to help you with a smile! They make you feel like home! I’m really happy we stayed here, I would love to comeback! 🤍

Our room was big, basic, comfortable and with great views. Location of this place is fantastic, you jump into the lovely palm-fringed river from your restaurant table. They will arrange anything for you: scooter, tuk tuk, taxi, tours... But what really makes this place really outstanding is 79 year old Mr Boi and his family and staff. Truly kind, dedicated and full of stories. And much more. I had to extend our stay because I was badly sick and in strong pain. Mr Boi visited me in the room, worried and cared, when he saw I was not getting better he organized a visit to the health centre where when they saw him refused to charge me, took me there and to the pharmacy with his car, he had an ambulance on call just in case. Exactly the kind of person you need when you feel you are about to die. Thanks sooooo much Mr Boi and family.

There was only cold water in the shower

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Although loboc is quite small, the Inn offers many activites to do. The room was clean and comfortable and equipped with a fan that worked well. Overall, there’s nothing bad to say except if you’re looking for a very busy city this may not be the place. Great place.

Location by the River, very quiet place. I stayed for one night and I enjoyed. Possible to rent kayak. Food is good..Staff is average, both reception and restaurant staff. Nobody come to take your order or bringing you the menu, you just have to go and ask and order.

It's not what I didn't like just that the shower pressure wasn't the best but it didn't ruin or negatively impact my stay.

Really tasty breakfasts and absolutely wonderful owners and hosts. They helped me when I had to make a call abroad and were so helpful throughout our stay for any questions or bookings we needed to make.

We saw a few other nearby accomodations that seemed to include the kayak/paddle board as part of the stay which seemed like a nice but unexpected touch.

All of the staff were lovely and really helpful. I think we stayed in the basic room which meant we came straight out onto a balcony area with a view of the river which was brilliant! The shower is ok but is handheld and did seem to make the the bathroom smell a little due to the drainage. We arranged kayaking and a firefly tour through the inn and both were excellent. We also ate twice and found the food to be tasty and not expensive (we did also have a superb meal over at fox and firefly which we walked to). Great location for wandering into town and the port was a 700php tuk tuk away. Room was basic but clean and had a strong fan in which was fine for us. We also used the pool which we really enjoyed! Really recommend!

"thin walls", you could hear the neighbors talking when on the bed. Not functional tv cable channels. Cannot use the view, cause the room window looks in the outside corridor on which can anyone walk

Slightly outdated rooms, old and loud air conditioning, but still worked well and not really an issue, we still loved our stay.

Friendly staff, delicious food, amazing location. Yes the rooms are a little outdated but you’re paying to stay on a beautiful river with amazing tours on offer. We loved the evening firefly tour and visiting the chocolate hills :) and using the pool!
