The room's modern design, easy access to the beach, and provided sun beds, parasols, and towels were a big plus. The buffet breakfast selection was good. The view from the hotel's restaurant is lovely.

The breakfast is very good and fresh. The breakfast service staff is very polite. When the guests are seated, they will come to you and ask for your room number and will not block you at the door. This is the most user-friendly thing. Like it.

PhilippinesResponse through booking.com took a while. It was critical for me since I needed to request for the payment link to meet the deadline ~24 hrs from their initial confirmation. I called landline and mobile to follow up on the link, but received it hours after the deadline set. I would appreciate a longer duration 48 hours from their confirmation or at least 24 hrs before the check-in date. I also wanted to comply with their commitment to reduce their water consumption. While I appreciate consistent cleaning of our rooms, our towels were changed even if we followed the room guidelines (hang for reuse, on the floor for change) during our short stay. I hope The Lind stays true to its commitment. I would suggest better design of uniforms for the airport transfer staff, similar with the resort staff.
Smooth arrival from airport to the resort. Drivers and airport transfer staff were courteous, informs us their names and what to expect. Consistent with our arrival we were greeted by welcome drinks and reception staff who made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting for the check-in process. Good and peaceful location at Station 1. The beachfront and resort were clean and maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The pool was beautiful and enticing to swim into even at night. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms our entire stay. Same as our arrival, departure was a breeze. My stay with The Lind made me reconsider Boracay again.

CanadaThere was a wedding on the roof top area that was a little loud, and could have gone late if it wasn't rained out. Construction at the property next door, was loud during the day, but not much to be done around that.
Great service. Well maintained property. Clean comfortable room (sea view). We were there to celebrate a birthday, and they provided some room decorations and birthday cake. Sit at a sun lounger and they delivered beach towels. They took care of the little things.

PhilippinesThe distance of the toilet and shower room from the pool was not very convenient. Also sometimes we ran out of pool towers and waited for a long time. Restaurant had good selection in the menu but the food also took some time.
Breakfast spread was excellent. I love that they had several pools so it was not crowded despite many guests. Pool was very inviting. I also praise their boutique shop for the selection of sunglasses and swimwear, very good quality while reasonably priced.

PhilippinesThe garden rooms have a problem with moisture. If you leave the sliding doors open the floors become very wet and slippery. The lighting in the room can be improved
My husband and I stayed in March and decided to bring the whole family in October, including our grandchildren aged 12, 5 and 23 months. Everyone enjoyed the easy access from the pool to the stunning beachfront. The Lind is one of the few hotels in Station 1 that has it's own private beach area with sun beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious and there is something for everyone. Unlike other buffets, it never felt rushed and hectic. Meals were relaxed and leisurely while taking in the gorgeous view. There is also a wide variety of restaurants to choose from in Station 2 and an easy walk to get to along the beach. Percys is on the top of our list. Hotel service is excellent. From the waitstaff to the front desk to the room attendants. Everyone is friendly, efficient and well-trained. Security is strict but discreet. Transfers from the airport to the hotel (bus-boat-bus) were quick, easy and comfortable. The Beach room is spacious and comfortable with the balcony overlooking the sea (sunset view).

AustraliaI think that the girl from reception who welcomed us needs more training. My husband and I could not really understand what she was explaining and she could not address our questions properly. The Noise from all the events also was bothersome to my husband and he was not happy about it. We appreciate the gesture though from the duty manager who offered to move us to a diif room and gave us complimentary massage from the hotel spa.
I like the customer service from airport transfer and to the hotel. The breakfast was superb as it has lots to choose from and I love the Filipino food and western variety. Kenneth looked after us and kudos to him.
