I love this hotel. It has everything you need: it's clean and comfortable, its location is great, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and provides pick-up, tours and spa service. I am very happy and will definitely return without hesitation.

All were superb but only one was the problem, the Aircon from room 5002 was not working that well that we had to ask electric fan from the reception.

No elevator, might be difficult for older guests especially if they're given a room on the 5th(4th) floor. But non issue for us

Facilities were clean. Location was near the beach. Good (but limited) breakfast selections. Value for money. Kris Anne was particularly attentive, good job!

Shower curtain smelled old and some of the floor towels have stains even when they changed it the next days. Although, the bath towels were always clean and smelled new at least.

Hotel is just a minute walk from White Beach, 7 eleven, and around 2-3 min walk from the good restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly and efficient, anything you request, they’ll do it so quickly. Seamless check in & check out process. Breakfast is plated but still good especially the beef tapa! Bed linens were not moist, smelled new (but some parts with minimal stain) and comfortable to sleep in.

It's a small hotel in Station 3 which I prefer. Based on my experience, staying in smaller hotels, oftentimes you get a "more personalized" treatment. And i was not wrong. The staff and management of Parragon were amazing, friendly, always willing to help. The hotel has a nice view deck where we usually have breakfast. Although it's beside a side street, I never heard any noise in our bedroom considering we stayed on the second floor. AC was excellent! Even with power interruption, and very hot weather, our room remained cool. What I liked best during our stay? Extra and unexpected gestures - offered us a bag with beach towels, a mat/cloth to lay down on every time we go to the beach. They saw us trying to bring our laundry to the laundromat and offered to do it with no extra charges. And to top it all, the staff are TRUSTWORTHY! We told them to clean our room when we went out. Forgot my gold necklace. When we came back, our room was impeccably clean, and my necklace was were I left it. So, to the Parragon Team, thank you for a great service!

Bathrooms was very hot as there was no fan so had to leave the bathroom door open to cool down.

Bed was lovely but quite firm. I'm a softy. Room was smaller than expected. Noise from outside the room was quite audible at times. Not intentionally or from rowdy people. Just the acoustics.

Small hotel. Amazing, attentive staff. So polite and helpful! Beach towels in a beach bag offered every day. Great location...less than 1 min from station 3. Spotlessly clean throughout Lovely breakfast area on the rooftop overlooking the beach and sea. Great pillows and large double bed.

I dont thing i have anything negative. The tile on the bathroom floor was a bit weird, not stable. Will cause mold problems in the future, if they dont fix it.

Staff was always so nice and kind! The girl serving our breakfast at the roof was super nice! We had the omelettes ever! Beds very comfy, clean white bedsheets. Location is IDEAL! Extra plus the beach towels provided every day! Love it!

The staff are awesome. They tend to our needs well. Great customer service. Feels like home and not too crowded compared to the bigger hotels. Front desk is very helpful and they will take care of you. I just love how the staff is kind and caring.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating - great service! They provided us with refreshing welcome drinks and extended a warm welcome. They even provided beach towels and a small bag for us to enjoy our beach swim more. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious - perfect size for families! It was super near to the beach (few steps away only) and there were lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The area is not too crowded as well. My family and I had a great stay here and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. We'll surely come back here if we plan to visit Boracay again! Do ask them for tour suggestions - We had a great tour guide and tour experience thanks to their recommendation!☺️

Not a big deal, but there's no elevator.

As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us right away and offered us drinks. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind to cater to our requests whenever they can. Rooms are clean and comparable to high-end hotels. The hotel itself is less than a minute away from the beach. The rooms don't have views, but the roof deck have a great one. Beach towels were always provided whenever we go out. What stands out the most about our stay is the staff's customer service.
