Excellent resort property. Nice landscaped/gated property within a few minutes walk to the beach or the main road to explore the island. For me, it was a perfect location of close to things, but quiet and very comfortable. Great restaurant and breakfast. Perfect pool as well. Good wifi, AC and the room was wonderfully comfortable. Very nice staff and always helpful as needed. You are located at the north end of White beach so its nice, more peaceful and more local. But easy to walk to the busier parts. I also liked to walk around the beach walk to quaint Diniwid beach. Good for sunset too. For exploring the island by road, there is a Hop on Bus stop near the resort or easy to get an etrike or motorbike taxi. I enjoyed the island and The Strand. I highly recommend this resort.

We were in the lower spec room via booking . Com We’d recommend upgrading to a higher value room, as ours was by the entrance so noisier than the others Please add more vegan friendly breakfast options :)

There was nothing to fault about the hotel.

The staff at The Strand Boutique were absolutely amazing - so kind and friendly and they couldn’t do more for us! They are the most amazing people to meet and really made our stay in Boracay. The room was spacious and very clean and we enjoyed our time around the pool area. The breakfasts were the best we had during our 2 week trip around The Philippines!

The room was lovely and the aircon was so nice. The breakfast had plenty of options and they brought you so much food! The hospitality was unmatched and they really catered for our every need. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Station 2 but still accessible with a 15-min walk down the beach.

I could complain that the restroom smelled at first, however as soon as another room was available i was allowed to change( from renovated to non renovated) this was the perfect solution and reaction by the hotel. And of course a vent system can always break, i am sure it will be fixed quick and everything is fine again.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge even the outside area is nice. The pool is not used very much but perfect for a late night swim, it stays open quite late which is not common. The distance to the beach is perfect. The internet is just great which was the reason why i selected the hotel. Some rooms are already renovated some other ones not, but it is not a problem even the non renovated ones are great

There was nothing I disliked

This time of the year it was pretty quiet at the strand. So it was nice to go out and come back to a quiet paradise. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and the staff was as friendly as can be. Every morning starts off with a big free breakfast and the cooks provided excellent food throughout the day. I highly recommend

I personally loved it. Some might consider it far and would get bumped out by the fact that it's next to the cemetery, but I think it was great value for the money. It's like staying at the Shangri-la on a budget. The room was so comfortable and the surroundings very green. Almost like a jungle. The only annoying thing was the walk to the beack.It was short but very dark at night.Didn t look the nicest

The location in a tropical garden, the tranquility, the easy 2 minute walk to the beach and most important, the kindness of all employees. Special mention to Lara and the chef Ronald. Hope to come back ASAP.

Everything was great at this hotel! Clean room, cozy atmosphere and excellent breakfast options. Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were friendly, pleasant and accommodating! Will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends!

None, experience was amazing

I enjoyed staying at this place alot, it's kinda remote location (not really remote only 5 minutes by bike from the liveliest place in the island) gave me a calming and enjoyable time, you do not hear much noises or music when you try to sleep. And the staff were AMAZING I'd say whatever this place is missing in the location department is being compensated by the amazing spacious room, good food and amazing staff. The staff would advice me daily on which to try and which to avoid while I'm riding the trycle and would give me really great insights. A special awards go to Mark he's a true hero. On my last day in the island there was an island wide electricity shutdown due to a bad wiring in one of the major electricity lines which then held all ATMs activities in the island, and due to the island relying solely on cash instead of cards I couldn't purchase a return ticket to the main-land which almost made me lose my flight. Mark then offered to loan me some cash to buy the boat ticket to catch my flight ( which he totally didn't have to at all) and then i contacted my friend to gcash it back and thanks to his big help, I managed to catch my flight on the last moment.

The staff were very warm from day 1 we arrived until the time we leave the resort. Location is very good. It didn't bothered us even if it is a minute walk going to the white beach. You can feel the fresh breeze of air coming from the ocean plus the area is very cozy and surrounded by trees. Will definitely go back to this hidden gem in boracay.

Beautiful rooms. On our last day my wife decided on short notice to have a lunch feast with relatives, 14 people. She arranged for about eight different dishes, not from the menu. Everything was delicious, presented beautifully, and ready in just two hours! We were so impressed - and happy and full!

There are only some minor points that do not overshadow the excellent impression we got, but can be easily improved without much effort. The coffee in the morning is not really great. A new machine or another type of coffee could perhaps do the trick. Also, we like to drink our coffee with a lot of milk, so why not provide bigger milk cans right from the start? Fresh juice in the morning would be great. More bottled water in the rooms would also be nice. Again, nothing serious.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach, at the quiet end of White Beach, with a nice garden. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and supportive. Our room was spacious and nice. The hotel is not new, so don't expect the facilities to be ultra-modern, but everything was more than OK with regard to cleanliness as well. The staff helps with arranging activities, and provides fixes if something does not work out as planned.

the property itself was well kept. the facilities are very clean. our group stayed in the penthouse and in a single room. both had plenty of space and had everything we could’ve needed during our stay. the staff asked every day if we wanted our rooms cleaned and they left bottled water and fresh towels every time they cleaned it. the staff is amazing; they truly care about the comfort and safety of their guests. we stayed with two seniors and every time the staff saw them up and about, they were there ready to assist. special shout out to Ronald, shai, jun, ronnie, ped, and girlie the resident puppy :)

The location of hotel is perfect! Very close to calm part of the beach, very tasty food and very clean and beautiful, stylish room, garden and pool. But this what makes us the most happy is kindness and hospitality of personel :) we can trully recommend this hotel! We wish to come back here
