We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDid not like the filthy showroom . The filthy lotta looked like some thing you would see in a builders yard! ,The towels were dirty and grey. The shower was also cold with no hot water available. Cheap soap and shampoo provided. The bed sheets had someone’s hair on it and the bed linen was not fresh nor clean. There was no soft lighting and the room was lit with harsh lights that were unattractive and did not provide any ambience. I was also disappointed with dressing table as it did not have an appropriate mirror setting- usually mirror in the middle. The mirrors were off set and I was not able to use this space appropriately to brush my hair and groom myself. . Also one of the lights continued to flash like a strobe light giving me a headache. And the TV was not tuned properly into the TV stations. There was no coffee or teasmaid available in the room and we were charged UK prices for a pot of tea! ( only two cups). Approx 2630 PAK Ruppees! This is definitely a third world hotel falsely advertised with pseudo pictures. We had breakfast before checking out and we were charged British prices despite advertising that the breakfast is included this is not true. I would never recommend this hotel and I would never return Definitely one of the poorest hotel choices I have made whilst travelling.

United KingdomPrice catch, be careful they will charge you 40% extra on top of your bookings. They will make excuses and confuse you with budget rooms when you complain. Also there are items in breakfast which are not included in breakfast you have to pay separately for these.

The hospitality at the hotel was excellent. The staff so helpful and on standby when ever you needed anything. They even go to the shop for you if you need anything from outside. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Raja Riaz staff member has been so helpful. Overall a excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. Akbar International zinda baad.
