We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PakistanPathetic Staff and services rooms are small and washrooms are not properly working.... dirty water strucked in bath tub.... Staff was not cooperative for one thing in room services we have to wait for atleast one hour.... I had worst experience at PC Rawalpindi.

Pakistan1) I booked an Executive king room but they provided a standard room which was replaced later on after my protest. 2) Only one socket for laptop charging, which was out of order. 3) Complementary drinks and fruits were mentioned but not provided even after demand. 4) AC was out of order which was maintained after my request. 5) Chapal was provided but taken back after 2 hours during housekeeping. 6) Gap between mattress and back of bed, Pillow was slipping down. 7) The bath tub hoke was broken. 8) The bath tub was not properly cleaned. 9) Tissue was provided in the washroom but not in the room. 10) No curtain between the bath tub and toilet. CanadaThe room was outdated, the comforter below average, the bed uncomfortable and the washrooms don’t have proper maintenance. Also, they put us on a smoking floor with a 1 year old child. Staff lied to us about the smoking floor, etc until I had to make a big scene bc another guest had the door wide open letting the smoke into the hallway. Finally I was told only 1 floor in the hotel is non smoking (ridiculous) and on top of that I was lied to multiple times.
Breakfast was decent and main floor cafe was a life saver.

United KingdomStaff were rude. Even though i requested rooms to be together via booking.com and i was with children initially robina gave us 2 rooms on different floors. I argued this and stated i requested them together in which she replied “you could have told me before i started to check you in’’. Very unsatifsctory customer service. Cleanliness is very poor, mattresses very uncomfortable, the list goes on. For what you pay i wish i had spent a little more and stayed at serena hotel. This hotel needs serious renovations and staff discipline.

United Kingdomthe bed was very uncomfortable and I could hardly sleep on both nights. the room was very hot and there was no thermostat so I ended up opening the sliding door to get some cool and fresh air. that made it worse to get some sleep. the bath tub was old with surface wear all throughout which looked unhygienic. the drain plug was rusted and non functional. the wash basin tap was loose. the fittings and fixtures were rusted. there was hot water only in the morning. rest of the times it was just luke warm water. the rug in the room was dirty, stained and damaged. there was no kettle in the room. overall it was pathetic considering the charges.
the location was good. the staff was very polite. there was excellent security.

the lobby is very welcoming and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast has plenty of options and room service is also pretty good unlike other hotels that I’ve been to in Pakistan. overall I would give this hotel a 8/10. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool for the winters and the toilets on level 3 and 4 need a major renovation as the taps are rusty and the tubs look at least 20 years old.
