“I booked 1 room for 3 adults from 15th till 16th of March. I was planning to check in at 22 in the evening of the 15th , but we lost of time at the border and arrived at the hotel at 23-45 of the 15th. The hotel was closed. I haven’t got email with room’s number and security code. My family and I were left outside in the middle of the night. I had to look for other hotel and went to another city. At 6-33 in the morning on 16th of March I got email with room’s number and security code. But why do I need it the next day?
I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude towards guests.
