Bathroom could be cleaner

With the informations we got it was not hard to find the apartment. Really nice room, good communication with owner, parking spots outside and on weekends for free, kitchen has good equipment, good location - 5 minutes to the metro, had a nice stay.

The bed is not very comfy and creaks with every move. It woke me up when my husband turned in his sleep.

Good place to stay for little money. Nothing fancy but the price, the location and the fact that a parking space is included are great. Recommended.

We took a room with 4 beds, in 2 matressess you could feel the springs, so sleeping comfortably if youre not drained of energy will be a bit hard, but the location alone(plus the parking) makes up for that :)

It was a very nice location, near the center, the zoo, the old town as well as the galeria wilenska! The instructions on how to get the keys were very clear, did not have to meet the staff, Very clean :).

I think the instructions on how to get to the place could be improved. Especially for people that don’t know the area. But apart from that, it was lovely!

Location is perfect, the apartment was good enough for staying just 3 nights, we made breakfasts by ourselves, the old centre is just around the corner so recommend this place !!!

One of bed in my room was completely uncomfortable. Springs protruded from the mattress, so my back hurted next day really badly.

The apartment is located in quite place close to public transport stops. Check in process was quite smooth.

apartment is good to value but there was no staff and we couldn’t contact the host, other guests helped us to get in. we had flight early in the morning and we had problem of opening main door while taxi was waiting and there was anyone for help. overall apartment is good but host should be more attentive.

Unnecessarily complicated key system. There is only one key from main door that has to be left in the lockbox outside, so despite the instructions about the key that was sent to us, first time going out we accidentally took the key with us, leaving other tenants locked out. Even though later we got used to the system, I still found it redundant. Poor sound isolation, but spending the days exploring Warsaw and sleeping with earplugs at night helped :)

There are everything for basic needs: ok beds, shared showers, kitchen (haven't used it). The place itself is not far away from metro station and Narodowy stadium, so it was a good place, as we traveled to Warsaw for concert. There are few nice places to eat around as well.

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I will. I rented a room to sleep a couple hours between the airplane and the train. first of all, it took a very long time to get an answer from staff on how to get to the hotel, the communication was terrible. Just when I finally entered the apartment, it smelled very strongly of toilet. the room itself smelled like it had been smoked in for a couple of years and the smell just soaked into the beds. But there is no one from staff there so you can’t really say something to anybody. since I only wanted to sleep a couple of hours, I stayed and left the same day as planned. I decided that I would not write anything but I would never come back here again. however I was shocked to receive a message later from Lama rooms itself in a rude manner accusing me of smoking in the room and threatening me with a fine! this is the first time I have encountered such a terrible place and communication, so I am writing a review and want to warn future guests - this is not a place where I recommend staying

The wifi wasn't so strong my video call stuck and stoped a few times.

The style of the apartment and the rooms are special as business concept, like a hostel style with more comfort, I enjoyed it. And it is close to the park, supermarket is across the road 😊

There was no one (one staff, no recipients, no apartment owner) no one means no one to talk too. There was no heating since the heating system seems too old and out of service. The furniture is very old and warn out.

Only the shower was ok and water was warn. I had a nice shower.

Couldn't get to the place right away. Had issues to contact the staff - called both numbers provided and mailed them as well and as a result was waiting nearby under the rain for an hour just trying to contact them for check in. As well the person staying there was threatening my life shouting and trying to get into my room and staffs response "we cannot influence the clients who stay here". I understand that they cannot though I expect at least to be able to contact the personel when having such emergency issues.

Omg bed frame broken mattress done in I was my self if I would be in that double bed with my wife no flats mate could sleep. Tv no channels try fix it no chanse to do it . Night light no working . Plugs felling af the wall. Nightmare. I survived my self 1 night.
