* The air conditioning unit in my room, while it worked well in terms of cooling, started to buzz and vibrate what seemed like the entire wall at night on my second stay. And as the bed frame was essentially built into the same wall it would cause an annoying sound that kept me awake and woke me up when I could sleep, even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones being worn. Location is basically in the middle of no where, so if you plan on going to the city just pay the extra 100 PLN or so/night at another hotel because you’ll be spending that much on a ride into Old Town/the city center.

Very clean throughout the property. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning*. Breakfast in particular was excellent and they now have an automatic espresso machine. It isn’t included with the rate unless you book the one with breakfast included. Staff spoke good English at least the one I mainly interacted with.

Good place to stay overnight on the way to Slovakia or if you are visiting Wieliszka salt mines.

Quiet area, huge car park place right in front, we have played with our own RC model car without any hussle, hotel is located in industrial, but really quiet area, might be advantage when consider Kraków as popular tourist destination when city center is overcrowded. Not impressive, but also not bad. Next time would come again.

The lady at the reception could not speak in english at all.

The hotel has its own design with pictures, car models, etc. Our room was very spacious, modern and comfortable equipped with a huge wardrobe, table, kettle and tea bags as well. large parking place too. We had various breakfast which was perfectly enough.

I'd suggest adding dark curtains to the rooms - with blackout blinds installed now there is always some light coming up.

Staff is super friendly - the ladies that are in reception make a difference. Room is clean and enough space. Facilities within the room are enough for few nights. Good location if you have a car for travelling around. It's quiet at night. Hotel theme is great - never seen that before and it's greatly decorated

There was some noise outside, like the sound of the outer part of a fan, but it was silent with closed windows, we still had a great sleep.

Room was clean, breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. We liked the industrial /automotive enterieur. Air conditioning was also perfect.

One teeny itsy bitsy issue was the lack of power sockets in the room. In the 21st Century when people have laptops plural, tablets plural and smartphones plural, what was available wasn’t quite enough.

Great location. Asked to check out a little later and the reception agreed no problem. Good facilities in the rooms. Very comfortable clean and modern.

There was a lot of hairs all around (left by a housekeeper, I guess) - if the sheets didn’t look ironed and clean, I’d be wondering if they were actually changed. Same in the bathroom - hairs all over the toilet and under the shower - hair everywhere :( Shame, because the room was really nice and clean in general. The TV only had 2 channels working - if you tried to watch any other it would give you a “no signal” message. The location a bit far from everything, but at the same time it was pretty quiet, which was a good thing. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to try breakfast. The first morning, when I came to the breakfast area there was nothing there at 9am.

Ladies in a reception nice and helpful. The area was quiet and as it is not a huge hotel with hundred rooms, it was also pretty cosy. The room was really well equipped and clean, so was the entire hotel. I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you
