Sauna - not hot enough and crowded in the evening, cold in the middle of Sunday (2 of 3 sunas were not prepared, switched off or not heated). Double bed was not double - just to single beds pushed together.

Breakfast was great. We ordered dinner to our room it was served with class and was great. Swimming pool big with additional features. Staff very friendly.

Bed was not the comfiest

Pool in the spa Sauna. We use the wet one and the only thing is that the cicle to refresh the steam should be started more often. Super breakfast The restaurant that is door by door has excellent food

One of the pool lifeguard was rude and staring like we were aliens. We asked to clean but it was not done completely especially they didn't remove the trash and used cups so had to call them again in the evening.

Excellent breakfast, great pool, especially with small pool for children. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The bed was super comfy and breakfast buffet was delicious 😋 we've had a great weekend there. We really enjoyed a beautiful garden which we could see from our room window and while eating dinner at the restaurant.

Everything was just great 👍 beautiful place with very nice employees and very inviting restaurant that serves very nice food 😊

When showering, I was standing in the water (due to clogged washing basin), many fruit flies in the room when I came first time at night, taxi pre-ordered in the reception didn't arrive...

1. In price counted in swimming pool and other activities, but works only from 16:00 to 21:00??? There is no information about that in booking.com, please ammend so people will not get confused by choosing hotel for 1 night. 2. Booking.com offers to choose between single/twin beds and queen bed. We chose the room with queen bed + twin bed, we have got confirmation from hotel on chosen option. On arrival we have received room with 3 single beds with no queen bed! At the reception we've got informed that option with queen bed is not possible in standard rooms. So please fix booking.com offers since it does not go in line with hotel's policy. 3. WIFI did not work at the room. 4. No air-conditioning is present, uncomfortable during hot days. 5. Property is in front of ORLEN oil factory. 6. 4 star hotel receptionist just listened to our points/complaints and did not offer nothing but pay full price + to pass information to the manager. I just hope that manager actually will listen and will take points seriously for improvement. Good luck!

The border of the top part of the bed wasn't really clean (Dust, hair). Too close to the Orlen factory, really bad smell of fuel outdoor

People were really nice. Big bedroom with a desk to work. Amazing bathroom. We loved the Breakfast, given in a big old style room

matresses in our rooms has holes in them on both sides and unfortunately these holes were caused by damaged sprungs in the mattresses. I hurt my back side because of this sharp edges! I called reception and they changed the room with no questions, probably I wasn't the first one to report it. Another room and beds were okay.
