The guy get money from me for the parking place 40 zĺ per day, but in front of the hotel was information that the parking is free for quests. The guy was very rude and I felt like he was very unhappy that he must be working. And in the morning I must be looking for him on over the place. The shower was clogged. On the staircase was no light at all. In the bathroom was a cracked tilt on the wall with no security on sharp ends. I will never come back there.

the staff didn’t speak english and didn’t even tried to communicate, the parking is 50pln/h, which is completely unacceptable. the rooms need maintenance, there was no kettle, no safe, no shampoo or body gel. the location is quite nice, but there was a lot of noise coming from outside at night.

Staff was rude.I was over charged .my original booking was for 500 but I was charged 600. I raised the issue with booking.com and they still have not responded back. There were no toiletries only hand wash and upon inquiring was asked to use that as shower gel.

It was very close to the location I wanted to visit.

The man at the reception was the rudest person I met. First of all, I requested an early check-in at 12:00 via booking and the hotel accepted it for additional 150 zł, which is reasonable, but when I arrived, the receptionist refused to check me in until 16:00, I showed the messages from the hotel that we agreed on early check-in but he continued being very rude and treated me like I am stupid. Then, he just started ignoring me. After some time, he agreed to check me in but said it’s only cash, which WAS NOT specified anywhere. I suggested to pay via card on booking, he refused and made another problem. Only after I lost my temper and gave him the same attitude he got a female manager, who solved all problems in a minute, checked me in and gave a terminal to pay. That man should not be working with people.

the lamps above were off as the light bulbs were not working, only the little ones next to beds so it didn’t give enough light. the same in the bathroom - too dark, only 1 light working. additionally the hotel charged me 50 PLN for parking although I were a guest and told me that if I hadn’t made a reservation vis booking, I wouldn’t have to pat this parking fee bit as I did it through booking- I needed to pay. The last thing - the older guy was not kind, rugged. I will not use this hotel for sure in the future. the price not worth the conditions. only pizza in restaurant for ok. moreover, I asked for beds to be joined but they weren’t.

Rude staff cheat you, that you need to pay only cash that they do not except credit cards. And offer terrible exchange rate. Also the person at the reception shouted at us. Shouted!!!!

We wanted to pay by credit card. The guy at the reception said that it is not possible, they do not provide this option. We need to pay cash in local currency. It was late evening, all banks were closed. He offered to change the euros with him at. Of course, the exchange rate was very bad. We wanted a check (receipt) that we have paid for the rooms. He said that he will do it when he has time and started to shout at us that we do not allow him to work. He was soooo rude.

I didn't like staff, person working on reception was very rude. Sitting there in dirty clothes. Before we called the hotel if we can come check in 2pm, when the receptionist found out we have reservation from Booking.com his attitude changed for worst and told us we can come after 4pm. When we arrived we couldn't pay for our room by card just in cash, even we needed to get all information about card in Booking.com. And the room were dirty, mould in bathroom and some insect inside. Normally We will turn and walk away but we were so tired, we slept there for a night and left early morning.

We were leaving the hotel at 3.00AM going to the airport.As i understood, during the night a receptionist is on duty only when there is check in, otherwise you will not find no one to call , in case of some urgency...That morning taxi driver came to the main gate, wich we found closed and we couldn't find the way to get out from the property , so we were on one side of the closed gate , taxi driver on the other side... The last option was to jump over the gate ( quite hight) as we were in a hurry and that's what we did( me and two kids) , obviously with the help of taxi driver ,he was shocked too... At the end , we missed the flight( not cause of this reason , another one) and around 8.00 we came back to have a rest as the room was still paid till 12 noon. The gate was open already and receptionist was on duty.For my question , what was it during the night and how comes no one is presenting at the reception at the night time, he just carelessly answered that outside ( somewhere hidden most probably cause we couldn't find ) is another small gate to get out to the street about what no one informed us on our arrival ... Careless attitude to the guests (((

The hotel does not accept cards which is ridiculous nowadays and it looks that the only way to get to and from the airport is taxi (though reasonably priced).

The hotel, close to the airport, was booked in rush because of a delayed flight. For such occasions it meets most of the expectations. The exceptional was help from the staff who let us sit for a while in already closed restaurant and then greatly helped me with return of the forgotten tablet computer.

Many things were broken. From the hotel sign to sealing lights, and worse: the holder for the shower head. The bathroom door didn't close properly. The room smelt like cheap deodorant. Wasn't pleasant.
