There was nothing not to like. A more finicky person would say that the room was a little “dated.” But the couch was comfortable and the bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty good. Wish there could’ve been a couple more simple offerings.

I didn't like the cold indoor pool water.

My family and I absolutely loved almost everything about our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed the free breakfast. The cleanliness overall was great.

The light in the kitchen area of the suite did not work properly. It flashed on and off.

Running the gauntlet with the housekeeping staff every time we left. My mother had a walker. They were very nice about it.

Breakfast was good. Living room furniture was dated and had small holes. We needed a handicapped bathroom and one wasn't available. The kitchen was well equipped.

The fold out wasn’t all the way clean. There was a lot of dog hair and debris and the sheets weren’t clean. We weren’t able to use it.

The room overall and the queen beds especially. Very comfy!

Nothing! Everything was great accept that one hiccup mentioned above. I would just say maybe inspect behind the housekeepers before you designate a room is fully clean! That’s it! I would still come back!

Everything was great and it really accommodated my family and I! Love the fact they had a two bedroom so that we weren’t separated and all for a reasonable rate. The only thing was that when we first got there, one of bathrooms weren’t very clean where there was hair in the tub and on the toilet seat and all of the shampoo and body wash were empty. I let housekeeping know and they cleaned it right away so that rectified it! After that didn’t have any further issues! The breakfast was good and as a plus they had social nights Monday and Wednesday with food! Made for a relaxing environment! It’s also in a good area of Lincolnshire though it didn’t look like there were any bad areas! Would definitely stay here again and at any other Staybridge location! This location was about 22nd a to the Naval Recruitment Ctr and about 35mins from the Ohare Airport. Took about an hour to get to downtown Chicago. We saw my stepson graduate from the Navy and later did some sightseeing in downtown Chicago. This was really a good trip! Make sure to check out Pancake Cafe in Lincolnshire about 5mins away from the hotel!! Great food large portions!

The bathroom could have been better. The shower curtain did not close all the way so water went all over the bathroom. The shower head was slightly broken and kind of sprayed water in all directions. I found a few long hairs in the towels (the hairs were definitely not mine because I have short hair). At check-in I was charged $30 and I’m not sure why, I asked for a receipt and was told that they could not give me a receipt. The employee said the $30 fee will be refunded after the stay but I have yet to receive the refund.

I stayed in a queen studio suite, the room had more than I expected. It had a kitchenette with a stove and full sized fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The outside door near our room didn't lock, making safety a concern. This is also an animal-friendly hotel so the hair can be problematic

this hotel is in a great location! there are a lot of great malls, restaurants, and entertainment within 10-20 miles each way! We will definitely be staying here for our getaways! Also, there is a great breakfast buffet and room service!

Thought the rooms could of had more towel and clothes. Also think the rooms could have been more clean.

The cons, there was a kitchenette but not enough pans, silverware, etc. for use. The laundry room was a bit dirty. Trash is left outside your door along with dirty towels. It made for a unpleasant view of trash. There should be a dumpster or larger trash can in remote areas for trash drop off. The biggest annoyance was they allow dogs and we had a barking dog in the room next to us the entire week we were there and had to make several complaints. The place could use a small playground for kids and it would be great.

We really enjoyed the room itself. It was big enough for all of us. The pool was really nice and inviting. The free washer/dryer is great. There was breakfast offered everyday. 3 days a social dinner was offered. There is a fireplace outside and grills to use.

only one thing I feel is the longer waiting time at the front desk for check- in and other services. I guess it is because more guests than before.

This hotel is always my first choice when I am on the business trip to the Northwest suburban area of Chicago. Spacious and clean room, great location, quiet but very convenient. great value for what I pay!

The trash under the sink wasn’t taken out from the previous guests. The room had a musty smell to it when we arrived. The staff lounge was across from our room and the cleaning carts were in the way, as they were right outside our door.

The room we originally booked was unavailable, so they gave us 2 rooms instead (one was comped). One of our rooms was right across the hall from the staff lounge and where they would park their cleaning carts. They were very much in the way. The trash under the kitchen sink had not been taken out from the previous guests and there was a musty smell for the first 24 hrs we were in the room. The front desk was polite and accommodating in shuttling us to our conference. The gentleman who drove us was very polite. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection, although the eggs were cold. They brought fresh eggs out after we had gotten our food. Overall it was a nice hotel and was very close to our conference. We would definitely stay there again.

We have a room that was supposed to sleep 4, but the pull out sofa bed is not in a shape to sleep at all, very bumpy and uneven sprints underneath a thin layer of cloth. So the 3rd person slept on the sofa top. it will be difficult to sleep 4 people total. We had to ask for beddings, pillow and towel for the 3 people.

it’s our 2nd time to stay here. We like the kitchenette, full refrigerator and sitting area in the room. Breakfast has many choices.
