I wish the staff was able to communicate with us in English, it was sometimes really hard to understand each other.

The spa area was really nice and the rooms were so spacious! There was also a kids room and a kid's play area outside with a big yard to run around. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The only weak side I would say - I got the room on the top floor which offered a limited views and there was no elevator - which I understand in a heritage buidling but still it can be a disadvantage when you have to carry up a heavy luggage.

Hotel is located very nicely -a little bit further from the centre than the resort park in the valley, apart from from street. This is a very nice heritage building. The interiors are cosy. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great - very fresh and tasty. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very good situated, close to the park and restaurants and also near to the Ski Resort . The hotel was stylishly and cosy decorated. The Breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel restaurant serves delicious dishes.

Nice hotel with only 1 disadvantage, location. 10km drive to the ski lifts, but reality is that you will struggle to find closer acommodation to Zieleniec Ski Arena if late booking.

Breakfast wasn’t very impressive and could be of better quality.

Hotel is located in the quiet part of Duszniki, a short walk away from main tourist attractions in town. Staff was nice, and room was tidy and quiet. Sauna area was pretty ok. All in all our stay was ok but not special.

The staff was scandalously inhospitable, the internet in my room was not working properly but they didn't seem to care.. The hotel charges for first class service but provides service of a provincial motel. The staff at the breakfast was totally clueless, I had to ask separately for coffee, then for bread, then for jam, then for juice. The shower stalls are really small. There is no elevator. When I was leaving the person at the front desk just took the key and said nothing.

Location is very good. They provided a hairdryer and a pot for boiling water in room for tea/coffee upon request.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment. The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Its proximity to key attractions such as the spa park, concert hall, pump room for medicinal and mineral waters, and various restaurants made our stay very pleasant. Duszniki-Zdroj, nestled in the charming Sudetes mountains, is already a picturesque location, and this hotel undeniably contributes to the town's allure. It can be confidently considered one of the attractions of Duszniki-Zdroj.

Actually nothing, it was the best hotel in the surrounding - at least according to the outside look, we haven't looked inside the other hotels.

The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it a lot. I had Polish cuisine influence and that was exactly what we were looking forward. Room was large, clean, bed linen good smelling. The interior was romantic, like in aristocratic castle or villa, very well renovated. Staff at the reception was nice, understood Czech without any problems. Car parking was just around the hotel with enough parking lots. And the spa park with changing colours fountain, mineral water spring colonade and restaurants was just nearby in very short walking distance. Reservation via Booking.com went smooth and we got very good price.

Breakfast starts at 8am, which is a bit later than I would normally prefer. When there are many guests in residence the breakfast area gets a bit crowded 8am - 8:45am. This is not at all a problem, more just a word of advice if you would like to have a more private eating time

I've stayed here multiples times. Sometimes (especially mid-week) I've been the only guest and sometimes the hotel has been completely full. Either way, the quality of service and attention to detail is amazing. The staff definitely do way more to satisfy my oddball requests than I would normally expect. Each room I've been in has had its own delightful personality and the food at the restaurant is wonderful. The included breakfast is extensive, buffet-style but all 100% fresh and mix of continental and cooked breakfast.

Admittedly I think I was the only guest on two of the nights I stayed and the restaurant was closed for dinner unexpectedly. Only a small issue that would have been easily resolved if I had only thought to ask

A comfortable facility, spacious room and an excellent restaurant. I saw some other reviews complaining about the food but I could not have been happier, it was delicious and great value. Breakfast in the morning was extensive and included both hot and cold items served buffet style

Nice old silesian villa, but an owner without any feeling for hospitality. Particularly bad the service! Unfriendly staff, rarely english speaking (much worse than me;-) Breakfast without breadrolls before 10 am, diner not available after 8 pm. Worst scrambled eggs ever. No english menu despite asking. In our room one missed shutter, the towels fell apart, much dust behind the sideboard. The walls let every noise of flowing water run. Only one double power point free for loading mobile phone and others. Please, dear owner, sell this innocent house and let a pro work here!
